Claims (24)
- 코팅이 제공된 템퍼링 가능(temperable) 기판으로서,1.1 상기 기판으로서의 유리,1.2 상기 유리 상의 SixNyOz의 제1 층,1.3 상기 제1 층 상의 TiO2의 제2 층,1.4 상기 제2 층 상의 Ag의 제3 층,1.5 상기 제3 층 상의 NiCrOk의 제4 층,1.6 상기 제4 층 상의 SixNyOz의 제5 층 - x/y≤0.75, y/z>4, 0<k<2 -을 포함하는 코팅이 제공된 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층은 Si3N4인 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5 층은 Si3N4인 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Si3N4 층들은 산소 함유량 Om을 가지며, m은 1 내지 10- 3 인 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4 층은 NiCr인 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층은 약 5 내지 25 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 층은 약 5 내지 25 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 층은 약 8 내지 18 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4 층은 3 내지 8 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5 층은 25 내지 65 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층은 15nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 층은 15nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제3 층은 12.5 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제4 층은 5nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제5 층은 40 내지 50 nm의 두께를 가지는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2 층과 상기 Ag 층 사이에는 투과율(transmission)을 설정하기 위한 층이 제공되는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 투과율을 설정하기 위한 층은 투과율 증가적이며(transmission-increasing) 4 내지 20 nm ZnO로 구성되는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 투과율을 설정하기 위한 층은 투과율 증가적이며 5 내지 10 nm ZnO:Al로 구성되는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 투과율을 설정하기 위한 층은 투과율 감소적이며 1 내지 10 nm NiCr로 구성되는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 투과율을 설정하기 위한 층은 투과율 감소적이며 2 내지 5nm NiCrO로 구성되는 템퍼링 가능 기판.
- 스퍼터링에 의해 제1항에 기재된 층들을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 제5 층의 제조시 N2 대 O2의 비는 4:1 이상인 방법.
- 스퍼터링에 의해 제1항에 기재된 층들을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 코팅의 기계적인 층 응력은 개개의 SixNyOz 층의 제조시 압력 및 산소 흐름에 작용함으로써 설정될 수 있는 방법.
- 스퍼터링에 의해 제1항에 기재된 층들을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 제5 층의 퇴적시 작업 압력(working pressure)은 4.5×10-3 내지 15×10-3 mbar의 범위에 있는 방법.
- 스퍼터링에 의해 제1항에 기재된 층들을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 제1 및 제5 층의 제조시 공급된 질소량보다 더 적은 산소량이 상기 스퍼터 프로세스에 공급되는 방법.
