Description
Claims (19)
- 차륜의 회전에 기초하여 에어 챔버에 가압 공기를 공급 가능한 에어 펌프와, 상기 에어 펌프의 펌프실 밖에 설치되고 상기 펌프실로부터 상기 에어 챔버에 공급되는 가압 공기의 압력이 제 1 설정치에 도달하면 상기 펌프실로부터 상기 에어 챔버로의 가압 공기의 공급을 제한하는 제한 수단과, 상기 제 1 설정치를 조정 가능한 조정 수단을 구비하고 있는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제한 수단은, 상기 펌프실로부터 상기 에어 챔버에 공급되는 가압 공기의 압력이 제 1 설정치 미만일 때, 상기 펌프실로부터 대기로의 공기 흐름을 규제하고 또한 상기 펌프실로부터 상기 에어 챔버로의 공기 흐름을 허용하며, 상기 펌프실로부터 상기 에어 챔버에 공급되는 가압 공기의 압력이 제 1 설정치 이상일 때, 상기 펌프실과 대기 사이에서의 공기 흐름을 허용하고 또한 상기 펌프실과 상기 에어 챔버 사이에서의 공기 흐름을 규제하는 체인지 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 체인지 밸브는, 상기 펌프실과 상기 에어 챔버에 연결되어 통하는 통로에 이동 가능하게 장착되어 이동 위치에 따라서 공기 흐름을 제어하는 밸브체와, 상기 밸브체에 가동측 단부로 걸어맞춰져 상기 밸브체의 이동 위치를 제어 가능하며 상기 밸브체에 대한 탄성지지력을 상기 조정 수단에 의해 조정 가능한 스프링을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 조정 수단은, 상기 스프링의 고정측 단부를 지지하는 스프링 서포트와, 상기 스프링 서포트의 위치를 조정 가능한 나사 기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 나사 기구는, 진퇴 가능한 조정 나사를 구비하고 있고, 상기 조정 나사는 상기 스프링 서포트와 별체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 조정 수단은 상기 스프링 서포트의 위치를 미세조정 가능한 변속 기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 펌프실로부터 상기 에어 챔버에 공급되는 가압 공기의 압력이 상기 제 1 설정치보다 높은 제 2 설정치 이상일 때에 대기로 방출하는 릴리프 밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 릴리프 밸브는, 상기 체인지 밸브가 상기 펌프실과 대기 사이에서의 공기 흐름을 허용하고 또한 상기 펌프실과 상기 에어 챔버 사이에서의 공기 흐름을 규제하는 상태에서만 작동 가능해지도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 릴리프 밸브는 상기 체인지 밸브의 내부에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조정 수단은, 상기 제 1 설정치와 상기 제 2 설정치를 동시에 조정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 체인지 밸브의 구성 부재인 스프링의 고정측 단부를 지지하는 스프링 서포트와 상기 릴리프 밸브의 구성 부재인 스프링의 고정측 단부를 지지하는 스프 링 서포트는 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 나사 기구에 의한 상기 스프링 서포트의 위치 조정을 전기 신호로 변환하는 검출 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 검출 수단은 상기 스프링 서포트의 위치를 검출하는 스트로크 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 스트로크 센서는 상기 스프링 서포트를 가동부로 하는 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조정 수단은 전동 액츄에이터를 구비하고 있고, 이 전동 액츄에이터의 작동은 전기 제어 장치에 의해서 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에어 펌프, 상기 제한 수단 및 상기 조정 수단은, 상기 차륜과 함께 회 전하는 회전축에 대하여 동축적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제한 수단은, 상기 에어 펌프와 상기 조정 수단 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 조정 수단은, 가장 차량 외측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
- 제 16 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에어 펌프, 상기 제한 수단 및 상기 조정 수단은, 상기 차륜과 함께 회전하는 허브에 장착되어 있고, 이 허브의 차량 내측단에는 구동 차축이 토크 전달 가능하게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 공급 장치.
