Claims (17)
- 다공성 지지체; 및상기 다공성 지지체 상에 형성된 폴리아미드 막;을 포함하며,상기 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합이 알킬화된 것을 특징으로 하는 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합을 알킬화한 알킬화제가 디메틸 설페이트, 메틸아이오다이드, 메틸브로마이드, 에틸아이오다이드, 에틸브로마이드, 프로필아이오다이드, 프로필브로마이드, 알릴 아이오다이드, 알릴 브로마이드, 알릴 클로라이드, 에틸렌다이아이오다이드, 에틸렌다이브로마이드 트리메틸렌다이아이오다이드, 및 트리메틸렌다이브로마이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다공성 지지체의 공경의 크기가 1~500nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다공성 지지체가 폴리설폰, 폴리이서설폰, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리이써이미드, 폴리아크릴로나이트릴, 폴리메틸메타크릴에이트, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 및 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막은 다관능성 아민과 다관능성 아실할라이드, 다관능성 설포닐할라이드, 및 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 반응 물질이 계면 중합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 다관능성 아민은 메타페닐렌디아민, 파라페닐렌디아민 및 그들의 치환체와 같은 방향족 1급 디아민, 알리파틱 1급디아민, 사이클로헥센디아민과 같은 사이클로알리파틱 1급 디아민, 피페라진과 같은 사이클로알리파틱 2급 아민, 및 방향족 2급 아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 다관능성 아실할라이드는 트리메조일클로라이드(TMC) 또는 이소프탈로 일클로라이드(IPC)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막.
- 다공성 지지체 상에 형성된 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합을 알킬화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합을 디메틸 설페이트, 메틸아이오다이드, 메틸브로마이드, 에틸아이오다이드, 에틸브로마이드, 프로필아이오다이드, 프로필브로마이드, 알릴 아이오다이드, 알릴 브로마이드, 알릴 클로라이드, 에틸렌다이아이오다이드, 에틸렌다이브로마이드 트리메틸렌다이아이오다이드, 및 트리메틸렌다이브로마이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 알킬화제로 알킬화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 알킬화제의 농도가 0.001ppm~1000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합이 5psi~800psi의 압력 조건 하에서 알킬화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합이 pH 8이상의 조건 하에서 알킬화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막의 아미드 결합이 5초 ~ 1 시간 동안 알킬화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 다공성 지지체의 공경의 크기가 1 ~ 500nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 막은 다관능성 아민과 다관능성 아실할라이드, 다관능성 설포닐할라이드, 및 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 반응 물질을 계면 중합 반응시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 다관능성 아민은 메타페닐렌디아민, 파라페닐렌디아민 및 그들의 치환체와 같은 방향족 1급 디아민, 알리파틱 1급디아민, 사이클로헥센디아민과 같은 사이클로알리파틱 1급 디아민, 피페라진과 같은 사이클로알리파틱 2급 아민, 및 방향족 2급 아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 다관능성 아실할라이드는 트리메조일클로라이드(TMC) 또는 이소프탈로일클로라이드(IPC)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내염소성 폴리아미드 복합막 제조 방법.
