Claims (4)
- 양측에 투입구 및 배출구가 형성되며 양단이 밀폐된 파이프 형상 2중 구조의 내부탱크 및 외부탱크와, 상기 내부탱크 및 외부탱크 사이공간에 채워진 열매체를 포함하는 본체부와;상기 본체부 내에 길이방향으로 배설된 나선형 리본과, 상기 리본을 지지하여 구동장치에 의해 회전하는 구동축을 구비한 회전부와;상기 본체부 내에 위치하는 온도감지기와, 상기 내부탱크와 외부탱크 사이공간에 삽입되어 열매체를 가열시키는 파이프히터를 포함하는 가열부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 교반 건조기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체부 내에 배관되되, 다수의 공기분사구가 형성된 급기관과;상기 급기관 내에 마련된 온도 및 풍량검출기와;상기 급기관으로 공기를 압송시키는 가변송풍기와;상기 가변송풍기와 온도 및 풍량검출기 사이에 위치하여 압송되는 공기를 가열하는 전기히터로 이루어진 복합공기 조절장치가 추가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 교반 건조기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체부의 중단 저면은 설치면에 회전 가능하게 지지되고;상기 본체부의 일측은 신축 및 가진 가능한 액츄에이터를 포함하는 경사조절부가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 교반 건조기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체부의 중단 저면은 설치면에 회전 가능하게 지지되고;상기 본체부의 일측은 서로 각기 다른 방향으로 신축 및 가진 가능한 세 개 이상의 액츄에이터를 포함하여, 상기 본체부에 축방향을 기준으로 롤링, 피칭, 요잉을 발생시키는 경사조절부가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 교반 건조기.
