- 제 1항에 있어서, 글리콜산염을 포함하는 용액에 대한 이하의 공정의 종류와 순서가, (a1)(a2)(b), (c)(a2)(b), (c)(a2)(d)(c), 또는 (c)(a2)(c)(d)의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산의 제조방법.(a1) 음이온/양이온 교환막 전기투석 공정(a2) 수분해 전기투석 공정(b) 냉각정석 공정(c) 활성탄 처리 공정(d) 이온교환수지 처리 공정

- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 (a1)이, 전극 사이에 음이온 교환막과 양이온 교환막을 서로 번갈아 배열하여 형성된 탈염실과 농축실을 가지는 전기투석 장치의 탈염실에, 글리콜산염 용액을 공급하여 전기투석을 행하고, 글리콜산 음이온과 1가 양이온을 상기 이온교환막으로부터 투과시켜, 글리콜산염 용액을 얻는 공정이고,공정 (a2)가, 바이폴라막과 양이온 교환막을 서로 번갈아 배열하여 형성된 산실과 염기실을 가지는 수분해 전기투석 장치의 산실에, 공정 (a1) 처리 후, 또는 공정 (c) 처리 후의 글리콜산염 용액을 그대로 혹은 임의의 공정을 통하여 공급하고, 글리콜산 음이온을 바이폴라막에 의한 물의 전기분해에 의해 산성화하여 글리콜산 용액을 얻는 공정인것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 (b) 직전에, (e) 농축 공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌글리콜을 산화하여 글리콜산염을 함유하는 용액을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리콜산염을 포함하는 용액 이, 에틸렌글리콜을 산화하여 글리콜산을 생성하는 능력을 가지는 미생물을, 산소 존재하에서 에틸렌글리콜과 접촉시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 에세리히아속에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정제 후의 글리콜산에 대한 에틸렌글리콜의 몰비가 0.1% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리콜산염을 포함하는 용액 중의 에틸렌글리콜 농도가, 글리콜산염에 대한 몰비로 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리콜산에 대한 수소이온 이외의 카운터 양이온의 총 농도가 0∼5ppm의 글리콜산이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 (a1)이 2실식 음이온/양이온 교환막 전기투석 공정이고, 공정 (a2)가 2실식 수분해 전기투석 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법으로 얻어지는 글리콜산.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법으로 얻어지는 글리콜산을 원료로 하는, 폴리글리콜산.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법으로 얻어지는 글리콜산을 원료로 하여, 환상 에스테르를 경유시킨 개환중합, 또는 중축합시키는 것에 의해 얻어지는 폴리글리콜산.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법으로 얻어지는 글리콜산과, 1개의 분자 중에 관능기로서 수산기 및 카르본산기를 각각 1개씩 혹은 어느 쪽을 2개 가지는 화합물을 원료로 하여, 이들을 중축합시키는 것에 의해서 얻어지는 글리콜산계 공중합체.
- 글리콜산암모늄염 수용액을 출발물질로 하고, 글리콜산암모늄염을 산성화하여 얻어지는 글리콜산 수용액으로서, 상기 수용액 중의 암모늄이온 농도가 글리콜산에 대해서 5ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산 수용액.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 글리콜산암모늄염 수용액이, 에틸렌글리콜을 산화하여 글리콜산을 생성하는 능력을 가지는 미생물에 의해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산 수용액.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 에세리히아속에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산 수용액.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 글리콜산암모늄염의 산성화가, 글리콜산암모늄염 수용액에 대한 수분해 전기투석 처리에 의해서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산 수용액.
- 글리콜산암모늄염 수용액을 출발물질로 하고, 글리콜산암모늄염을 산성화하여 얻어지는 글리콜산 수용액으로부터 얻어지는 글리콜산으로서, 상기 글리콜산 중의 암모늄이온 농도가 글리콜산에 대해서 5ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 글리콜산암모늄염 수용액이, 에틸렌글리콜을 산화하여 글리콜산을 생성하는 능력을 가지는 미생물에 의해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 에세리히아속에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 글리콜산암모늄염의 산성화가, 글리콜산암모늄염 수용액에 대한 수분해 전기투석 처리에 의해서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리콜산.
