Claims (9)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 젖산 암모늄이 포함된 젖산 발효액으로부터의 젖산 정제방법:
(a) 젖산 암모늄을 포함하는 젖산 발효액을 강산성 양이온교환수지를 이용한 이온교환 공정을 거쳐 이온교환된 젖산 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 이온교환된 젖산 용액을 반응기에서 증류하여 젖산을 제조하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)의 젖산 발효액은 L형 젖산 또는 D형 젖산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 강산성 양이온교환수지는 설포 작용기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 증류는 80-140℃의 온도 및 1-20 torr 에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 젖산 용액의 초기 젖산 농도는 10-80 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 증류할 젖산 용액의 초기 양 및 상기 반응기 내에 체류하는 젖산 용액의 양은 상기 반응기 부피의 1-30 부피%이며, 상기 젖산 용액의 양의 양을 상기 반응기 부피의 1-30 부피%를 유지하기 위하여 상기 젖산 용액이 상기 반응기에 연속적으로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
