Claims (7)
- 구동모터에 의해 구동되는 구동디스크와,다수의 초음파 진동자를 구비하며 회동축에 의해 회동가능한 탐촉부와,상기 회동축에 인접하여 형성되며 상기 회동축과 함께 회동하는 링크 홀더와, 그리고일 단부가 상기 구동디스크에 회전 가능하게 결합하고 타단부가 상기 링크홀더에 회전가능하게 결합하는 링크를 포함하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동모터는 회전모터인초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회전모터는 정-역방향의 회전이 가능한 모터이고,그 축에 엔코더가 결합되며,피검사체의 탐촉부위의 범위에 따라 설정된 회전 정도를 기준으로 상기 회전모터의 정-역방향구동을 제어하여 탐촉부의 회동범위를 제어하는 제어수단을 더 포함하는초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동모터는 스텝모터인초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동디스크 상에 결합된 링크 일단의 회전반경이 링크홀더에 결합된 링크 타단의 회동반경보다 작은초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링크의 일단은 구동디스크의 외주면에 결합핀으로 핀 조인트 결합되고,상기 링크의 타단은 링크홀더에 결합핀으로 핀 조인트 결합되는초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링크는 링크홀더보다 크거나 같은 곡률을 갖고 링크홀더의 곡률 방향으로 휘어지도록 형성되는초음파 진단장치의 프로브의 초음파 진동자 회동장치.
