Claims (2)
- a) 500~6000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 에테르계 또는 에스테르계 폴리올을, 이온화될 수 있는 카르복실산을 포함한 글리콜과 함께, 디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 수분산 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 제조한 다음, 중화제로 중화시키는 단계;b) 에폭시 수지의 에폭시 그룹을 실란 화합물과 반응시켜 에폭시의 말단을 실란기로 대체한 에폭시 수지 변성체 및 그 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;c) 상기의 중화처리된 수분산 폴리우레탄 예비중합체와 상기의 에폭시 수지 변성체 및 그 혼합물을 서로 혼합하여 물에 분산시키고 교반한 다음, 사슬 연장제를 투입하여 사슬연장을 통하여 수분산 폴리우레탄 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한, 수분산 폴리우레탄 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 수분산 폴리우레탄 화합물의 제조단계 이후에, 묽은 염산을 첨가하여 염석시키고, 탈수를 한 다음 상온 진공건조를 통하여 분말화하는 단계;를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한, 수분산 폴리우레탄 화합물의 제조방법.
