Claims (7)
- 제1층의 섬유층, 제2층의 합금망층, 제3층의 섬유층, 제4층의 섬유층, 제5층의 섬유층을 순차로 적층하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 내마모성 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1, 제3, 제5의 섬유층는 유리섬유, 실리카, 세라믹 섬유, 탄소섬유 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것이 특징인 내열 내마모성 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제4층의 섬유층은 아라미드 섬유, 마직, 폴리에스테르 섬유 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 내마모성 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2층의 합금망층은 동 또는 알루미늄 합금철로 이루어진 것이 특징인 내열 내마모성 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1,3,4,5의 섬유층을 구성하는 섬유기재에 함침되는 수지는, 페놀수지, 에폭시 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 수 지인 것이 특징인 내열 내마모성 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1,3,4,5의 섬유층을 구성하는 섬유기재에 함침되는 수지로서 페놀수지와 에폭시수지를 혼합 사용할 경우, 페놀수지 100중량부에 대해서 에폭시 수지 10 내지 50 중량부를 혼합한 것이 특징인 내열 내마모성 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1,3,4,5의 섬유층을 구성하는 섬유기재에 함침되는 수지 100중량부에 대해서 무기난연제(수화 금속화물) 10 내지 50중량부, 붕산 화합물 10 내지 50중랑부, 가공조제 10 내지 50중량부를 더 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 내마모성 적층체.
