Claims (7)
- 보강성 강화섬유 시트에 있어서, 강화섬유가 일방향으로 평행하게 배열된 강화섬유층의 일면 또는 양면에 열가소성 수지가 국부적으로 융착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 상기 강화섬유층의 일면 전체 면적의 80% 이하가 되도록 국부적으로 융착된 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리우레탄, 비닐에스테르, 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유는 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유층은 단위면적당 섬유중량(FWA) 100~400 g/㎡ 범위에서 강화섬유가 일방향으로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 무게 비율이 전체 강화섬유 시이트의 20% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트
- 보강성 강화 섬유시이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 열가소성 수지를 그라비아 코팅 방식으로 이형 필름 또는 이형지의 일면에 열가소성 수지를 국부적으로 코팅하는 단계와;상기 이형 필름 또는 이형지의 일면에 국부적으로 코팅된 열가소성 수지를 강화섬유가 일방향으로 배열된 강화섬유층의 일면 또는 양면에 닿도록 배열시킨 후 열과 압력을 가하여 국부적으로 코팅된 열가소성 수지층이 강화섬유층에 융착되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강성 강화섬유 시이트의 제조방법.
