Claims (4)
- 교류회전전기기계(30)의 고정자에 있어서,복수의 상을 갖는 고정자 권선(40u, 40v, 40w);상기 복수의 상을 갖는 고정자 권선의 각각의 단부를 서로 전기접속하여 형성된 중립점 단자(neutral point terminal, 50); 및상기 중립점 단자의 절연을 보장하는 절연커버(100#, 150#)를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 절연커버는 상기 중립점 단자를 삽입시키는 개구(105)를 구비하고, 상기 개구를 통해 삽입된 상기 중립점 단자를 핏팅시키는 백형상(bag shape)으로 처리된 절연체(100, 150)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류회전전기기계의 고정자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연커버(100#, 150#)의 크기 및 형상은, 핏팅된 상태(fitted state)에 있는 중립점 단자(50)와 상기 절연커버의 일 단부 사이의 거리(L1, L2)가 적어도 소정의 절연 거리가 될 것을 보장하도록 디자인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류회전전기기계의 고정자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 절연커버(150#)는 튜브형의 자체-용접 절연시트(150)를 그 자체로 부분 체결하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류회전전기기계의 고정자.
- 교류회전전기기계(30)의 복수의 상을 갖는 고정자 권선(40u, 40v, 40w)을 절연하는 방법에 있어서,절연커버(100#, 150#)를 제작하기 위해 절연체(100, 150)를 백형상으로 처리하는 공정(S1); 및상기 절연커버의 개구(105)를 통해 상기 복수의 상을 갖는 고정자 권선의 일 단부들을 서로 전기접속하여 형성된 중립점 단자(50)를 삽입하고, 조립을 위해 상기 삽입된 중립점 단자를 핏팅하는 공정(S2)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류회전전기기계의 복수의 상을 갖는 고정자 권선의 절연방법.
