Abstract

A system for releasing a parking brake for a vehicle automatically is provided to release the parking brake at the outside of the vehicle by pressing an outer switch placed at the outside of the vehicle and installing a timer relay between the electromagnet member and the outer switch. A system for releasing a parking brake for a vehicle automatically comprises a parking lever(11), first and second rotary members(21,22), a connecting member, a spring(32), a drum brake(30), an electromagnet member, and an outer switch. The first rotary member is connected with the parking lever by a first cable(12). The second rotary member is connected with the first rotary member. The spring maintains the interval between the first and second rotary members. The electromagnet member is installed at one side of the second rotary member. The outer switch is placed at the outside of the vehicle to operate the electromagnet member. A timer relay is installed between the electromagnet member and the outer switch.
