Description
Claims (8)
- 반경이 R0인 원형상의 라미네이트강판을 다단(多段) 성형하여 2피스 캔(piece can)의 캔체(can body)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,면배향계수(面配向係數)가 0.06 이하인 폴리에스테르수지를 피복한 라미네이트강판을 사용하고, 최종성형체와 중량이 등가(等價)로 되는 상기 라미네이트강판의 반경을 R로 하였을 때, 높이 h, 최대반경 r 및 최소반경 d가, d≤r, 0.2≤d/R≤0.5, 및 1.5≤h/(R-r)≤2.5를 만족하는 성형체를 적어도 1회 얻는 공정;상기 성형체를, 150℃이상, 상기 폴리에스테르수지의 융점 이하의 온도에서 적어도 1회 열처리하는 공정; 및상기 열처리된 성형체를, d≤r, 0.1≤d/R≤0.25 및 1.5≤h/(R-r)≤4를 더 만족하는 성형체로 가공하는 공정;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리공정의 온도는, 제1항에 기재된 온도범위 내이면서 (상기 폴리에스테르수지의 융점 - 30℃)이상이고, 상기 열처리된 성형체의 가공조건이, d≤r, 0.1≤d/R≤0.25 및 2.0≤h/(R-r)≤4인 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리된 성형체를, 상기 열처리의 종료 후 10초 이내에, 상기 폴리에스테르수지의 글래스 이전점(移轉点) 이하의 온도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 면배향계수가 0.06 이하인 폴리에스테르수지가, 에틸렌글리콜 및 부틸렌글리콜로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 디올과 테레프탈산을 중합의 주성분으로 하는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 면배향계수가 0.06 이하인 폴리에스테르수지가, 디에틸렌글리콜, 시클로헥산디올 및 이소프탈산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 부성분으로 하는 공중합체(共重合體)인 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 면배향계수가 0.06 이하인 폴리에스테르수지가, 글래스 이전점이 5℃ 이하인 비상용성(非相溶性) 수지를 부상(副相)으로서 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔용 캔체.
- 라미네이트강판인 원형상 판을 다단(多段) 성형하고, 최종적으로, 높이 h, 최대반경 r, 최소반경 d(r와 d가 동일한 경우를 포함한다)인 최종성형체를 제조하는 2피스 캔의 제조방법에 있어서, 면배향계수가 O.06 이하인 폴리에스테르수지를 피복한 라미네이트강판을 사용하여, 최종성형체의 높이 h, 최대반경 r, 최소반경 d가, 최종성형체와 중량이 등가로 되는 성형 전의 원형상 판의 반경 R에 대하여, 0.1≤d/R≤0.25 및 1.5≤h/(R-r)≤4인 관계를 만족하는 범위로 성형함과 동시에, 중간단계 성형체의 높이 h, 최대반경 r, 최소반경 d(r와 d가 동일한 경우를 포함한다)이, 상기 반경 R에 대하여, 0.2≤d/R≤0.5 및 1.5≤h/(R-r)≤2.5인 관계를 만족하는 1 이상의 중간성형단계에서, 성형체를 그 온도가 150℃ 이상, 폴리에스테르수지의 융점 이하로 되도록 가열하는 열처리를 1회 이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2피스 캔의 제조방법.
