Claims (7)
- 연료의 화학에너지가 전기에너지로 변환되는 반응이 진행되는 스택과, 상기 스택 내에서의 에너지 변환 과정 중 발생되는 열을 식히기 위한 열교환기를 구비하는 연료전지에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 상기 스택에 설치되는 플레이트들 중 적어도 어느 한 플레이트의 내부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기가 내장되는 플레이트는 상기 스택의 양측 가장자리에 있는 한 쌍의 엔드플레이트 중 적어도 한 쪽인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열교환기가 내장된 엔드플레이트에는,상기 스택을 통과하는 냉각수가 일시 수용될 수 있도록 마련된 냉각수 저장부와,상기 냉각수 저장부를 경유하며 그 내부에는 상기 냉각수와의 열교환을 위한 부냉각수가 지나는 부냉각수 유로를 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 냉각수 저장부는 상기 부냉각수 유로와 접촉되는 제1저장부와,상기 부냉각수 유로와 접촉되면서 냉각된 냉각수를 수용하는 제2저장부 및,상기 제1,2저장부를 연결하는 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기가 내장되는 플레이트는 상기 스택의 양측 엔드플레이트 사이에 설치되는 열교환플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 열교환플레이트에는,상기 스택을 통과하는 냉각수가 일시 수용될 수 있도록 마련된 냉각수 저장부와,상기 냉각수 저장부를 경유하며 그 내부에 상기 냉각수와의 열교환을 위한 부냉각수가 지나는 부냉각수 유로가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 냉각수 저장부는 상기 부냉각수 유로와 접촉되는 제1저장부와,상기 부냉각수 유로와 접촉되면서 냉각된 냉각수를 수용하는 제2저장부 및,상기 제1,2저장부를 연결하는 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
