Claims (3)
- 증기 터빈의 중간단에서 주 증기의 일부를 추기(抽氣)하고, 그 추기 증기를 수요처에 공급하는 추기계를 포함함과 함께, 상기 추기계에 의한 추기 상태를 제어하는 추기 제어 시스템을 포함한 증기 터빈 플랜트(steam turbine plant)로서,상기 추기계는, 추기 증기 유량계와 추기 증기 멈춤 밸브가 설치되고, 상기 추기 제어 시스템은, 상기 추기 증기의 유량에 관해서 경보 유량과 추기 증기 정지 유량을 제한 유량값으로서 설정 가능하도록 되고, 상기 추기 증기 유량계로부터의 추기 증기 유량 계측값이 상기 경보 유량에 도달한 경우에는 경보를 냄과 함께, 그 경보의 일정 시간 후에 상기 추기 증기 멈춤 밸브에 개도(開度) 명령을 보내어 상기 추기 증기 멈춤 밸브를 일정한 개도로 하여 추기 증기 유량을 제한한 상태로 하고, 또한 상기 추기 증기 유량을 제한한 상태에서 상기 추기 증기 유량이 더 증대하여, 상기 추기 증기 유량 계측값이 상기 추기 증기 정지 유량에 도달한 경우에는 상기 추기 증기 멈춤 밸브에 전폐(全閉) 명령을 보내어 상기 추기 증기 멈춤 밸브를 전폐로 하여 추기를 정지하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 터빈 플랜트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 추기 증기 멈춤 밸브는, 전폐 상태, 전개(全開) 상태 및 상기 일정한 개도 상태인 중간 개도 상태의 3개의 밸브 상태 중의 어느 하나를 선택적으로 취해 지도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 터빈 플랜트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 추기 제어 시스템은, 상기 제한 유량값을 설정하는 제한 유량값 설정 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제한 유량값 설정 수단은, 상기 증기 터빈에서의 주 증기 유량, 터빈 출력 및 터빈 초단(初段) 후 압력 중의 어느 하나를 추기 유량 파라미터로 하고, 상기 추기 유량 파라미터와 상기 추기 증기 유량 계측값에 기초하여 상기 제한 유량값을 설정하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 터빈 플랜트.
