Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 접합재 층을 매개로 각 접합면에서 일체로 접합되는 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트를 구비하는 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체와,상기 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 외주면을 덮는 외주 코팅층을 포함하는 허니컴 구조체로서,상기 허니컴 구조체는 유체 통로로서 작용하는 복수의 셀이 중앙 축선의 방향으로 서로 평행하게 배치되어 있는 구조를 가지며,상기 중앙 축선 방향에 수직인 방향으로 취한 상기 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트의 단면 형상의 측부는 1 이상의 곡률을 갖는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 이상의 곡률의 곡률 반경은 300 내지 700 mm의 범위 내에 있는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합재 층을 매개로 서로 인접한 각각의 허니컴 세그먼트의 중앙 축선 방향에 수직인 방향으로 단면 형상의 측부에서의 곡률 반경의 합이 800 내지 1400 mm인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합재 층을 매개로 서로 인접한 허니컴 세그먼트의 중앙 축선 방향에 수직인 방향으로 단면 형상의 측부는 오목부와 볼록 부(projection)의 조합으로 형성되는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접합재 층을 매개로 서로 인접한 허니컴 세그먼트의 중앙 축선 방향에 수직인 방향으로 단면 형상의 측부는 오목부와 볼록부의 조합으로 형성되는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 단면 형상의 측부에서 오목부와 볼록부의 조합의 비율은 50% 이상인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트는 대략 직사각형 단면 형상을 갖는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
