Claims (1)
- 저장 용기내의 액체를 소정량씩 토출하고, 액체 토출의 휴지(休止)중에 저장 용기의 액체에 부압을 작용시키는 부압계를 갖는 액체 정량 토출 장치에 있어서,상기 부압계를, 부압 발생 수단과, 그 부압 발생 수단에 연통하여, 저장 용기내를 원하는 부압력으로 조정하는 전공레귤레이터와, 그 전공레귤레이터와 저장 용기 사이에 배설된 압력 센서와, 그 압력 센서로부터의 신호에 기초하여 상기 전공레귤레이터를 제어하고 저장 용기내를 원하는 부압력으로 조정하는 제어 수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 정량 토출 장치.
