Claims (1)
- 폐변압기의 상판을 해체하여 PCBs가 함유된 폐절연유는 저장탱크에 이송하고 용기에서 코어 및 코일을 분리하고 코어에 감겨있는 코일을 절단 2차 분리하고, 고압세정실에서 1차 세척하여 냉풍과 열풍으로 건조한 후 용기와 코어는 자원소재로 상품화하고, 코일은 파쇄하여 고압세정스크린에서 2차 세척한 후 건조스크린에서 냉풍과 열풍으로 건조하여 자원소재로 상품화하고, 고압세정실 및 고압세정스크린에서 배출되는 폐수는 드럼스크린, 고형물저장조, 1차 유량조정조, 1차 유수분리조, 2차 유수분리시설, 혼합조, 중화조, 응집조, 가압부상조, Scum저장조, 탈수시설, 2차 유량조정조, 1차 여과시설, 흡착시설, 2차 여과시설, 역삼투막시설, 3차 유량조정조의 정수공정을 거쳐 세정수저장조에 저장하였다가 고압세정실 및 고압세정스크린에 공급하여 재사용하고, 오염물질은 농축, 탈수하여 저장하는 폐수처리수단과 고압세정실 및 건조스크린에서 냉풍과 열풍으로 건조할 때 배출되는 대기오염물질은 세정시설, 응축시설, 흡착시설로 제거하는 대기오염방지수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 폴리염화비페닐이 함유된 절연유가 충진된 폐변압기의 용기와 코어 세척장치
