Claims (12)
- 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치에 있어서,고정차 측에 권선을 다상 독립 병렬로 권선하고, 전동기의 회전자에 설치되며 상기 전동기의 회전자의 극을 알기 위해 센서부와 연동하여 동작하는 엔코더부;상기 엔코더부에 의해 상기 전동기의 회전자의 극을 감지한 센서 신호를 출력하는 센서부;상기 전동기를 구동하기 위한 속도 지령치 신호를 발생하는 속도 입력부;상기 전동기를 구동하는 구동신호를 발생하는 파워 스위칭 회로부;상기 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서 신호를 입력하여 상기 센서 신호에 동기화된 속도 지령치 신호를 상기 전동기의 구동신호로 출력하는 드라이브 모듈부;상기 파워 스위칭 회로부로 직류 전원을 인가하는 전원부; 및상기 전원부로부터 수신한 직류 전원을 로직 전원으로 변환하여 상기 드라이브 모듈부로 인가하는 로직 전원부;를 포함하며,상기 전동기가 n상으로 구성될 경우 상기 파워 스위칭 회로부와 상기 드라이브 모듈부를 n상의 갯수로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 모듈부는:상기 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서 신호를 입력하여 상기 센서 신호에 동기 화된 속도 지령치 신호를 출력하는 프로세서부;상기 프로세서부의 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서부의 센서 신호를 로직 IC로 조합하여 전동기 구동신호를 출력하는 로직부; 및상기 로직부의 전동기 구동신호를 수신하여 상기 파워 스위칭 회로부를 구동하기 위한 신호를 출력하는 드라이브부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전동기는 고정자를 전기자로 회전자를 영구자석으로 구성한 전동기로서, 상기 회전자는 2n극으로 구성하고, 상기 고정자는 n상으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전동기의 권선은 다상 독립 병렬 권선형으로 형성하고,상기 전동기의 각상별 코일은 다상의 전동기가 되더라도 항상 각 코일의 여자조건이 동일하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 엔코더부는 캡형 엔코더판에 광을 차단하는 광차단부와 광을 검출하는 광검출부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 센서부는 포토 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서부는:상기 프로세서부에 내장되어 있는 A/D 변환기를 이용하여 아날로그 신호의 속도 지령치 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하고, 변환된 디지털 신호의 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서부의 센서 신호를 입력받아 상기 센서 신호가 입력될 때만 속도 지령치 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 파워 스위칭 회로부는 제 1 내지 제 4 스위칭소자를 이용하여 H 브릿지 회로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하이브리드 전동기의 고정자 권선은 다상 독립 병렬 권선인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자 권선은,코일의 슬롯(slot)에 들어가는 쪽의 전류의 흐름과 나오는 쪽의 전류의 흐름이 서로 다른 것을 이용하여 N극 및 S극을 형성하고, 회전자의 극과 서로 상관하여 회전력을 일으키는 구조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 장치.
- 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 방법으로서,(a) 교류 전원을 직류 전원으로 변환하여 인가하고 상기 직류 전원을 로직 전원으로 변환하여 인가하는 단계;(b) 전동기의 속도 지령치 신호를 입력하는 단계;(c) 상기 전동기의 속도 지령치 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환한 후 변환한 속도 지령치 신호와 센서 신호를 조합하여 상기 센서 신호에 동기화된 속도 지령치 신호를 출력하는 단계;(d) 상기 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서 신호를 조합하여 전동기의 상하단 구동신호를 출력하는 단계;(e) 상기 전동기의 상하단 구동신호를 이용하여 상기 전동기를 구동하는 구동신호를 발생하는 단계;(f) 상기 구동신호에 의해 전동기가 회전하는 단계; 및(g) 상기 전동기의 회전자의 극을 감지한 센서 신호를 발생하여 상기 (c) 단계 이전으로 돌아가는 단계;를 포함하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전동기의 제어장치로, 상기 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서 신호를 입력하여 상기 센서 신호에 동기화된 속도 지령치 신호를 출력하는 프로세서부와, 상기 프로세서부의 속도 지령치 신호와 상기 센서부의 센서 신호를 로직 IC로 조합하여 전동기 구동신호를 출력하는 로직부와, 상기 로직부의 전동기 구동신호를 수신하여 파워 스위칭 회로부를 구동하기 위한 신호를 출력하는 드라이브부를 모듈화한 하이브리드형 제어모듈을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전동기의 제어 방법.
