Claims (2)
- 베이스 밴드 신호를 수신하는 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터, 및상기 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터의 직류 오프셋 전압을 교정하는 수단을 갖는 오프셋 전압 교정 회로를 포함하며,상기 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터는 가변 이득 증폭기와 저역 통과 필터를 포함하고,상기 오프셋 전압 교정 회로는, 상기 가변 이득 증폭기의 출력 신호를 수신하는 ADC(analog-to-digital converter)와, 상기 ADC의 출력 신호로부터 상기 가변 이득 증폭기의 직류 오프셋 전압을 검지하여 상기 직류 오프셋 전압을 교정하기 위한 신호를 출력하는 제어 회로, 및 상기 제어 회로의 출력 신호를 수신하고 상기 가변 이득 증폭기에 신호를 출력하는 DAC(digital-to-analog converter)를 포함하고상기 가변 이득 증폭기는, 서로 에미터 접속된 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 전원에 접속된 제1 저항과, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 상기 전원에 접속된 제2 저항, 및 상기 에미터에 접속된 가변 전류원을 포함하고, 신호가 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 제2 트랜지스터의 베이스들로부터 입력되고, 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 콜렉터들로부터 신호가 출력되며,상기 DAC는 제3 트랜지스터와, 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 에미터와 접지에 접속된 제3 저항을 각각 포함하는 복수의 전압 전류 변환 회로를 포함하고, 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 콜렉터는 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 접속하고, 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 베이스는 상기 제어 회로의 출력에 접속하는 송수신기.
- 베이스 밴드 신호를 수신하는 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터, 및상기 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터의 직류 오프셋 전압을 교정하는 수단을 갖는 오프셋 전압 교정 회로를 포함하며,상기 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터는 가변 이득 증폭기와 저역 통과 필터를 포함하고,상기 가변 이득 저역 통과 필터는 차동 회로를 포함하고,상기 가변 이득 증폭기는 제1 입력 단자 및 제2 입력 단자와 제1 출력 단자 및 제2 출력 단자를 갖는 쵸퍼형(chopper type) 증폭기이고,상기 쵸퍼형 증폭기는 제3 입력 단자 및 제4 입력 단자와 제3 출력 단자 및 제4 출력 단자를 포함하는 제3 가변 이득 증폭기와, 제1 스위치, 및 제2 스위치를 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 스위치는,상기 제1 입력 단자와 상기 제3 입력 단자가 접속되고, 상기 제2 입력 단자와 상기 제4 입력 단자가 접속되고, 상기 제1 출력 단자와 상기 제3 출력 단자가 접속되고, 상기 제2 출력 단자와 상기 제4 출력 단자가 접속되는 제1 상태와,상기 제1 입력 단자와 상기 제4 입력 단자가 접속되고, 상기 제2 입력 단자와 상기 제3 입력 단자가 접속되고, 상기 제1 출력 단자와 상기 제4 출력 단자가 접속되고, 상기 제2 출력 단자와 상기 제3 출력 단자가 접속되는 제2 상태를 절환하도록 제어되고,상기 제1 및 제2 상태는 주기적으로 절환되는 송수신기.
