Claims (16)
- (a) VIB족 금속 산화물과 수성 암모니아를 혼합하여 VI족 금속 화합물 수성 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;(b) 일차 반응기에서 상기 (a)단계에서 생성된 수성 혼합물을 VIB족 금속 1 파운드당 8 SCF 이상의 황화수소를 포함하는 기체로 황화시켜 슬러리를 생성하는 단계;(c) VIII족 금속 화합물로 슬러리를 활성화시키는 단계;(d) 상기 (c)단계에서 활성화된 슬러리와 2 cSt(또는 32.8 SSU) @ 212℉ 이상의 점도를 갖는 탄화수소 오일을 혼합하여 혼합물 X를 생성하는 단계;(e) 혼합물 X 안의 물이 액상으로 유지되는 조건하의, 반응구역에서 혼합물 X와 수소 기체를 결합시켜 액체 탄화수소와 혼합된 형태의 활성 촉매 조성물을 생성하는 단계; 및(f) 상기 활성 촉매 조성물을 회수하는 단계에 의해서 제조되는 중유의 수소화전환용 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일차 반응구역의 조건은 약 80℉ 내지 약 200℉의 온도 및 약 100 psig 내지 약 3000 psig의 압력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일차 반응구역의 조건은 약 100℉ 내지 약 180℉의 온도 및 약 200 psig 내지 약 1000 psig의 압력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일차 반응구역의 조건은 적어도 약 130℉ 내지 약 160℉의 온도 및 약 300 psig 내지 약 500 psig의 압력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 오일의 점도가 약 2 cSt@212℉ 내지 약 15 cSt@212℉인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계의 VIII족 금속화합물은 황산 니켈 및 황산 코발트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분들의 혼합은 100RPM 내지 1600RPM의 고속전단모드(high shear mode)에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 니켈 또는 코발트 대 몰리브덴의 중량비가 1:100 내지 약 1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, VIB족 금속 산화물 대 오일의 비율이 적어도 1.0 이하, 바람직하게는 0.5 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 오일은 진공 기체 오일(vacuum gas oil)인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이차 반응구역의 조건은 약 350℉ 내지 약 600℉의 온도 및 약 100 psig 내지 약 3000 psig의 압력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이차 반응구역의 조건은 약 350℉ 내지 약 600℉의 온도 및 약 200 psig 내지 약 1000 psig의 압력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 균질한 슬러리를 유지하기 위하여 이차 반응구역으로 수소를 연속적으로 첨가하고, 고속전단혼합(high shear mixing)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물은 고압분리장치를 통해 회수되는 것을 특 징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물은 활성이 있는 농축된 상태로 보관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 균질한 슬러리를 유지하기 위하여, 촉매 조성물을 저장탱크에서 탱크에 연속적으로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
