Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 스크롤 유체 기계로서,하우징;일단(一端)에 편심축부를 구비한 구동축;상기 구동축의 편심축부 주위에 회전가능하게 장착되며, 전면(前面)에 선회 랩을 구비한 선회 단판을 포함하는 선회 스크롤; 및상기 하우징에 고정되며, 고정 랩을 구비한 고정 단판을 포함하는 고정 스크롤;상기 선회 스크롤이 자신의 축 상에서 회전하는 것을 방지하기 위해 선회단판의 후면(後面)에 장착되는 복수 개의 자전 방지 기구; 및상기 선회 단판의 후면 상에 제거할 수 있게 설치되며, 상기 복수 개의 자전 방지 기구 각각의 종동 기구(follower)를 구비한 보강 베어링 판을 포함하며, 상기 종동 기구에 오일을 공급하기 위하여 상기 보강 베어링 판을 통해 종동 기구-오일-공급구가 형성된 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 복수 개의 자전 방지 기구는 지지대를 포함하며, 상기 지지대에 오일을 공급하기 위해 상기 보강 베어링 판을 통해 지지대-오일-공급구가 형성된 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 각각의 복수 개의 자전 방지 기구는 상기 종동 기구를 상기 지지대에 접속하는 핀-크랭크(pin-crank)를 포함하며, 상기 핀-크랭크는 축방향으로 관통구를 구비하며, 상기 지지대-오일-공급구는 상기 관통구를 통해 연통되는 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 베어링 판은 상기 구동축의 편심축부를 지지하기 위한 관상 보스(tubular boss)를 구비하며, 상기 관상 보스는 상기 구동축의 상기 축상 단부(end portion)에 오일을 공급하도록 중앙 오일-공급 구멍(central oil-supply bore)을 구비한 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 볼트가 상기 보강 베어링 판을 상기 선회 단판에 고정하기 위하여 나사형 구멍(thread bore)으로서 상기 중앙 오일-공급 구멍에 나사결합되는 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선회 단판은 후방으로 연장된 환상 플랜지를 구비하며, 상기 보강 베어링 판은 상기 환상 플랜지 내에 결합되며, 볼트는 상기 선회 단판을 상기 보강 베어링 판에 고정하기 위해 선회 단판의 환상 플랜지를 통하여 보강 베어링 판 내에 축을 향해 방사상으로 나사결합되는 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선회 단판은 후방으로 연장된 환상 플랜지를 구비하 며, 상기 보강 베어링 판은 상기 환상 플랜지 내에 결합되며, 볼트는 상기 선회 단판을 상기 보강 베어링 판에 고정하기 위해 보강 베어링 판 내에 환상 플랜지의 외부 코너로부터 나사결합되는 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선회 단판은 선회 단판과 보강 베어링 판의 외주에 볼트를 나사결합시킴으로써 상기 보강 베어링 판에 고정되는 스크롤 유체 기계.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 볼트가 상기 선회 단판으로부터 비스듬히 나사결합되는 스크롤 유체 기계.
