- 본체부와 그 양측의 머리부로 이루어지고, 머리부의 한쪽에는 투석액의 유입구가, 다른 쪽에는 유출구가 마련된 통형 용기와, 상기 통형 용기의 내부에 장전된 폴리술폰계 고분자와 폴리비닐피롤리돈으로 이루어지는 중공사막의 다발과, 용기 머리부의 단부에 설치되어 다발을 용기 내부에 고정하는 동시에 중공사막의 개구 단부를 형성하고 있는 수지층부와, 혈액의 유통구를 갖고 수지층부에 씌워진 헤더부를 갖는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기에 있어서,상기 혈액 투석기는 2.4 ㎡를 초과하고 3.2 ㎡ 이하인 막 면적을 갖고,상기 다발은 스트레이트 부분과 투석액 정류화 부분으로 이루어지는 것이며, 수지층부 내측에서의 투과액 유로 면적에 대한 직경 확장 개시부의 투석액 유로 면적의 비율이 0.2 내지 0.5, 또한 직경 확장 개시부로부터 수지층부 내측까지의 거리가 10 내지 46 ㎜인 투석액 정류화 부분이 다발의 투석액 유입구측 단부에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투석액 유입구측에 있는 투석액 정류화 부분의 길이에 대한 중공사막 다발의 스트레이트부의 길이의 비율이 3.0 내지 10.0인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다발이 크림프를 부여한 중공사막 또는 스페이 서 섬유를 권취한 중공사막으로 이루어지는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 중공사막의 내경이 170 내지 190 ㎛, 또한 막 두께가 25 내지 50 ㎛인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공사막의 투수량이 100 내지 350 ㎖/㎡.hr.㎜Hg인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공사막에 포함되는 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 총량 중 50 내지 95 중량 %가 가교하여 수불용화되어 있는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.

- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투석액 유입구측의 용기 머리부 내에 투석액 정류화 부분의 형상에 따라서 서서히 직경 확장하는 전체 주위형 배플이 마련되어 있는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전체 주위형 배플이, 그 정상부 전체 주위가 수지층부에 도 달하는 슬릿 배플인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 전체 주위형 배플이 용기의 본체부와 머리부의 경계부에 기저부를 갖는 것이고, 그 기저부를 포함하는 가상 단면이 투석액 유입구의 개구부에 있어서의 본체부측 원주부에 접하도록 위치하고 있는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통형 용기의 본체부와 머리부 사이에 투석액 정류화 부분의 다발의 외주에 따른 경사부가 마련된 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막 면적당의 혈액 용량이 50 내지 65 ㎖/㎡인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혈액 유량 = 400 ㎖/분, 투석액 유량 = 800 ㎖/분에 있어서의 요소의 총괄 물질 이동 계수가 9.50 × 10-4 ㎝/초 이상이고, 또한 동일한 조건에 있어서의 요소의 중앙부 총괄 물질 이동 계수[Ko(c)]와 요소의 주변부 총괄 물질 이동 계수의 평균치[Ko( AVE )]의 차[Ko(c) - Ko( AVE )]가 -2.7 × 10-4 내지 2.5 × 10-4 ㎝/초인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
- 혈액 유량 = 400 ㎖/분, 투석액 유량 = 800 ㎖/분에 있어서의 분자량(M)의 용질의 총괄 물질 이동 계수(Ko)가 이하의 관계식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.Ko > 89.313 × M-0.4865(60 ≤ M ≤ 9600)
- 본체부와 그 양측의 머리부로 이루어지고, 머리부의 한쪽에는 투석액의 유입구가, 다른 쪽에는 유출구가 마련된 통형 용기와, 상기 통형 용기의 내부에 장전된 폴리술폰계 고분자와 폴리비닐피롤리돈으로 이루어지는 중공사막의 다발과, 용기 머리부의 단부에 설치되어 다발을 용기 내부에 고정하는 동시에 중공사막의 개구 단부를 형성하고 있는 수지층부와, 혈액의 유통구를 갖고 수지층부에 씌워진 헤더부를 갖는 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기에 있어서,상기 혈액 투석기는 2.4 ㎡를 초과하고 3.2 ㎡ 이하인 막 면적을 갖고,혈액 유량 = 400 ㎖/분, 투석액 유량 = 800 ㎖/분에 있어서의 요소의 총괄 물질 이동 계수가 9.50 × 10-4 ㎝/초 이상이고, 또한 동일한 조건에 있어서의 요소의 중앙부 총괄 물질 이동 계수[Ko(c)]와 요소의 주변부 총괄 물질 이동 계수의 평 균치[Ko(AVE)]의 차[Ko(c) - Ko( AVE )]가 -2.7 × 10-4 내지 2.5 × 10-4 ㎝/초인 폴리술폰 혈액 투석기.
