Claims (12)
- 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 용기형 캔과, 상기 캔의 개구부를 마감하며 중앙에서 하부로 돌출되며 전지의 내부 압력에 의하여 상부로 변형되는 돌출부를 구비하는 안전밴트와 전류차단수단과 상기 전류차단수단의 상부에 결합되는 캡업을 구비하는 캡조립체와,상기 캡조립체와 상기 캔 사이에 위치하여 기밀을 유지하는 가스켓을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 안전밴트와 접촉되는 부분의 가스켓 표면에 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈은 전지의 회전중심축을 중심으로 소정의 반경을 가진 원 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈은 2개 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈은 엠보싱 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈의 단면은 반원 형상, 직사각형 형상, 삼각형 형상 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스켓의 하면 중 비드(Bead)와 접촉하는 부분에 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈이 더 구비되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 용기형 캔과, 상기 캔의 개구부를 마감하며 중앙에서 하부로 돌출되며 전지의 내부 압력에 의하여 상부로 변형되는 돌출부를 구비하는 안전밴트와 전류차단수단과 상기 전류차단수단의 상부에 결합되는 캡업을 구비하는 캡조립체와,상기 캡조립체와 상기 캔 사이에 위치하여 기밀을 유지하는 가스켓을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 가스켓의 하면 중 비드와 접촉되는 부분에 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지

- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈은 2개 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈은 엠보싱 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 양각 돌기 또는 음각 홈의 단면은 반원 형상, 직사각형 형상, 삼각형 형상 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
- 제 1항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 가스켓의 재질은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리이미드 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지
