Claims (12)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を受容する容器型缶と、
中央から下部に突出し、電池の内部圧力により上部に変形される突出部を備える安全ベントと、電流遮断手段と、前記電流遮断手段の上部に結合されるキャップアップと、を備え、前記缶の開口部を封止するキャップ組立体と、
前記キャップ組立体と前記缶との間に位置して気密を維持するガスケットと、を含むリチウム二次電池であって、
前記安全ベントと接触する部分のガスケットの表面に少なくとも2つの陽刻突起または陰刻溝が帯状に形成されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝は、電池の回転中心軸を中心にして所定の半径を有する円形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝は、2つ以上形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝は、エンボス形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝の断面は、半円形状、長方形状、三角形状のうち、いずれか1つで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ガスケットの表面のうち、前記容器型缶の上部壁面が内側に突出することで前記ガスケットを支持するビードと接触する部分に、陽刻突起または陰刻溝が更に備えられて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を受容する容器型缶と、
中央から下部に突出し、電池の内部圧力により上部に変形される突出部を備える安全ベントと、電流遮断手段と、前記電流遮断手段の上部に結合されるキャップアップと、を備え、前記缶の開口部を封止するキャップ組立体と、
前記キャップ組立体と前記缶との間に位置して気密を維持するガスケットと、を含むリチウム二次電池であって、
前記ガスケットの表面中、前記容器型缶の上部壁面が内側に突出することで前記ガスケットを支持するビードと接触する部分に少なくとも2つの陽刻突起または陰刻溝が帯状に形成されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝は、電池の回転中心軸を中心にして所定の半径を有する円形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝は、2つ以上形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝は、エンボス形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記陽刻突起または陰刻溝の断面は、半円形状、長方形状、三角形状のうち、いずれか1つで形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ガスケットの材質は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイミドのうち、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1または7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
