Claims (12)
- 전극 조립체;상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 캔; 및상기 캔의 상부에 결합되며 상기 전극 조립체의 전류를 외부로 전달하는 캡 업을 포함하는 캡 조립체로 이루어진 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 캡 업은중앙에 형성된 평평한 제 1 평탄부 및 상기 제 1 평탄부의 외주연에 연장되어 형성된 평평한 제 2 평탄부로 이루어진 단자부와,상기 단자부의 외주연에 위치하며 상기 단자부와 단차지게 형성된 주변부와,상기 단자부와 주변부를 연결하며 가스 배출공이 형성된 연결부를 포함하고,상기 제 2 평탄부는 상기 제 1 평탄부와 상기 가스 배출공 사이에서 곡면으로 형성되는 영역이 가압되어 평면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 평탄부는 상기 제 1 평탄부와 상기 연결부 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단자부의 직경은 적어도 7㎜ 내지 8㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단자부의 직경은 상기 캡 업 직경의 40% 내지 50% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 배출공은 상기 단자부의 일부 및 주변부의 일부에 걸쳐서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 배출공은 적어도 3개가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 평탄부는 상기 가스 배출공 사이의 영역을 포함하는 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 배출공은 상기 단자부와 만나는 곳에 형성된 제 1 곡선부와, 상기 연결부 및 주변부와 만나는 곳에 형성된 제 2 곡선부를 포함하고,상기 제 1 곡선부의 곡률반경은 1.4㎜ 내지 1.6㎜ 이고,상기 제 2 곡선부의 곡률반경은 0.1㎜ 내지 0.3㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 조립체는상기 전극 조립체의 상부에 설치되며, 중앙에 관통홀이 형성된 캡 다운과, 상기 관통홀을 통해 상기 전극 조립체에 전기적으로 연결되는 안전벤트와,상기 안전벤트와 상기 캡 다운 사이에 개재되는 인슐레이터를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 업은 스틸 재질에 니켈 도금을 하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
