Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 이미지 디스플레이 장치로서,이미지 디스플레이 패널;프레임 시스템으로서, (i) 상기 이미지 디스플레이 패널과 작동적으로 결합하는 프레임, (ii) 상기 프레임과 작동적으로 결합하는 다수의 열원을 구비하는 프레임 시스템; 및상기 열원과 작동적인 열 접촉을 하며 상기 프레임과 작동적으로 결합하는 열 분산 물질; 을 포함하고,상기 프레임 시스템이 약 375 mm-W/m°K 이하의 지지 인자를 갖는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열 분산 물질이 박리된 그라파이트의 압축된 입자로 이루어진 시트를 하나 이상 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프레임 시스템이 약 150 mm-W/m°K 이하의 지지 인자를 갖는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 프레임 시스템의 지지인자가 0 인,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열원이 발광 다이오우드, 냉 음극 형광 램프, 평면 형광 램프, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이미지 디스플레이 장치가 측방 조명 액정표시장치를 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 이미지 디스플레이 장치가 상기 열원과 상기 열 분산 물질 사이에 하나 이상의 열적 연결부를 더 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 열적 연결부가 발광 다이오우드가 장착되는 인쇄회로기판을 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이미지 디스플레이 장치가 상기 열원 주위에 삽입되는 반사 물질을 더 포함하여 그곳으로부터의 균일한 광분산을 보조하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 이미지 디스플레이 장치로서,이미지 디스플레이 측면을 구비하는 이미지 디스플레이 패널;프레임 시스템으로서, (i) 상기 이미지 디스플레이 측면의 반대편에서 상기 이미지 디스플레이 패널과 작동적으로 결합하며 상부, 하부, 제1측면부, 및 제2측면부을 갖는 주변 프레임, (ii) 상기 프레임과 작동적으로 결합하는 다수의 전자 부품을 구비하는 프레임 시스템; 및상기 전자부품과 작동적인 열 접촉을 하며 상기 프레임과 작동적으로 결합하는 열 분산 물질; 을 포함하고,상기 프레임 시스템이 약 375 mm-W/m°K 이하의 지지 인자를 갖는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 프레임의 상기 상부, 하부, 제1측면부, 및 제2측면부가 개구부를 형성하고, 상기 다수의 전자부품이 실질적으로 상기 개구부 내에 위치하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 열 분산 물질이 실질적으로 상기 개구부에 걸쳐 연장하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 열 분산 물질이 상기 프레임의 상기 상부, 하부, 제1측면부, 및 제2측면부와 작동적으로 결합하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 이미지 디스플레이 패널이 액정 표시 패널이며, 상기 전자부품이 발광 다이오우드를 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전자부품이 발광 다이오우드, 냉 음극 형광 램프, 평면 형광 램프, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 열 분산 물질이 박리된 그라파이트의 압축된 입자로 이루어진 시트를 하나 이상 포함하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.

- 제10항에 있어서,상기 이미지 디스플레이 장치가 상기 열원 주위에 삽입되는 반사 물질을 더 포함하여 그곳으로부터의 균일한 광분산을 보조하는,이미지 디스플레이 장치.
