Description
Claims (9)
- 현무암을 원료로 하여, 상기 현무암을 분쇄하는 공정과, 상기 분쇄물을 세정하는 공정과, 상기 세정물을 용융하는 공정과, 상기 용융물을 섬유화하는 공정과, 상기 섬유를 가지런하게 뽑아 감아들이는 공정으로 이루어지고, 상기 용융하는 공정에서의 용융물의 온도가 1400∼1650℃이고, 또한 용융물의 점도를 η이라 하면 logη가 2.15∼2.35 dPa·s 인 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용융하는 공정에서의 용융물의 온도가 1530∼1550℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 현무암 원료가, (1) Al2O3량은 같은 정도이나, SiO2량이 많은 원석[고온도용 현무암(A)], (2) Al2O3량은 같은 정도이나 SiO2량이 적은 원석[중간 온도용 현무암(B)] 및 (3) 상기 고온도용 현무암 원석(A)과 상기 중간 온도용 현무암 원석(B)의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 현무암 원료에 Al2O3, SiO2, CaO, MgO로부터 선택되는 산화물의 1종 이상을 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용융물을 섬유화하는 공정에서, 소정의 온도에서 완전 용융시킨 용융물을 백금 부시 바닥부에 설치한 구멍으로부터 낙하하는 용융물을 섬유화하여 감아들이는 속도로 섬유 지름을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유.
- 제 6항에 기재된 암면 장섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 흡음재료.
- 제 6항에 기재된 암면 장섬유를 내열성 흡음재료로서 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 머플러.
- 현무암을 원료로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조장치에 있어서,상기 현무암을 분쇄하여 상기 분쇄물을 세정한 원료를 투입하는 호퍼와, 가 열수단에 의하여 상기 세정물을 용융하는 노와, 상기 용융물을 섬유화하는 바닥부에 다수의 구멍을 설치한 백금 부시와, 상기 섬유를 가지런하게 뽑아 감아들이는 권취기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 장섬유의 제조장치.
