Claims (10)
- a) 적어도 2개의 말단 폴리(비닐 방향족) 블록 및 이소프렌/부타디엔 중량비가 45/55 내지 55/45 범위인 랜덤 공중합된 이소프렌/부타디엔 혼합물의 적어도 하나의 중심 블록을 함유하고, 폴리(비닐 방향족) 함량이 17 내지 20% 범위이고, 겉보기 총 분자량이 180,000 내지 190,000 범위이며, 1,2-비닐 결합 및/또는 3,4-비닐 결합의 함량이 공액 디엔 블록 중에 최대 15wt%이고, 커플링 효율이 63 내지 80% 범위이고, 전체 조성물의 중량 대비 40 내지 45wt%의 중량비로 존재하는 적어도 하나의 블록 공중합체,b) H-NMR로 측정했을 때 방향족 구조가 16중량% 미만이고, 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)에 의한 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 30 내지 55℃ 사이이며, 환구연화점이 85 내지 95℃ 사이이며, 전체 조성물의 중량 대비 45 내지 55wt%의 중량비인 지방족/방향족 탄화수소 점착화 수지,c) 전체 조성물의 중량 대비 5 내지 15wt%의 중량비인 가소화제;를 함유하고, 177℃에서 24시간 후 고온 용융 점도가 출발 점도의 ±5%로 안정하며 고온 용융 점도가 177℃에서 ≤80 Pa.s인 것이 특징인, 저점도 고온 용융 안정성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 성분(a)가 S-(I/B)-S 블록 공중합체이고, S가 실질적으로 순수한 스티렌의 중합 블록을 나타내고 (I/B)가 랜덤 공중합된 이소 프렌/부타디엔 블록을 나타내며, 폴리스티렌 함량이 17 내지 20wt% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 저점도 고온 용융 안정성 접착제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (a) 블록 공중합체가 겉보기 총 분자량이 180,000 내지 185,000 범위이고, 이소프렌/부타디엔 중량비가 45/55 내지 55/45 범위이며, 1,2-비닐 결합 및/또는 3,4-비닐 결합의 함량이 공액 디엔 블록 중에 각각 5 내지 10wt% 범위의 비율인 것이 특징인 저점도 고온 용융 안정성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 4 내지 10wt% 범위의 H-NMR 방향족 구조를 보유하는 것이 특징인 저점도 고온 용융 안정성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (c)가 광유인 것이 특징인 저점도 고온 용융 안정성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물을 담체 위에 함유하는 접착제 테이프 및 라벨.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물을 담체 위에 함유하는 포장용 테이프.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 저점도 고온 용융 안정성 접착제 조성물에 사용하기 위한 블록 공중합체로서, 적어도 2개의 말단 폴리(비닐 방향족) 블록과 이소프렌/부타디엔 중량비가 45/55 내지 55/45 범위인 랜덤 공중합된 이소프렌/부타디엔 혼합물의 적어도 하나의 중심 블록을 함유하고, 폴리(비닐 방향족) 함량이 17 내지 20% 범위이고, 겉보기 총 분자량이 180,000 내지 190,000 범위이며, 1,2-비닐 결합 및/또는 3,4-비닐 결합의 함량이 공액 디엔 블록 중에 각각 최대 15wt%이고, 커플링 효율이 63 내지 87% 범위인 것이 특징인 블록 공중합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 구조 S-(I/B)-S를 보유하고, 여기서 S는 실질적으로 순수한 스티렌의 중합 블록을 나타내고 (I/B)는 랜덤 공중합된 이소프렌/부타디엔 블록을 나타내는 것이 특징인 블록 공중합체.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 겉보기 총 분자량이 180,000 내지 185,000 범위이고, 이소프렌/부타디엔 중량비가 45/55 내지 55/45 범위이며, 1,2-비닐 결합 및/또는 3,4-비닐 결합의 함량이 공액 디엔 블록 중에 각각 5 내지 10wt% 범위의 비율인 것이 특징인 블록 공중합체.
