Claims (9)
- 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관으로서,복수개의 실린더,실린더의 연소상태와 관련된 정보를 감지하는 센서,각 실린더에 제공되는 점화장치, 흡기밸브, 및 배기밸브, 그리고상기 센서로부터 실린더의 연소상태와 관련된 정보를 얻는 제어장치를 포함하고,상기 센서로부터 얻어진 실린더의 연소상태와 관련된 정보를 바탕으로, 상기 제어장치는 가장 격렬한 연소를 보이는 실린더를 확인하고, 흡기밸브의 밸브타이밍, 배기밸브의 밸브타이밍, 및 실린더에 대한 연료분사량 중 적어도 하나를 제어하고, 이에 따라 모든 실린더의 연소가 억제되어, 확인된 실린더의 연소상태가 적절한 연소상태로 되며, 연소상태가 소정의 범위를 벗어나 있고 실화 유발 상태에 있는 실린더에 대하여는, 상기 제어장치가 대응하는 점화장치를 선택적으로 작동시켜 보조착화를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적절한 연소상태는 소정의 범위를 포함하며, 연소상태가 가장 격렬한 것으로 확인된 실린더의 연소상태가 상기 소정의 범위로부터 더욱 격렬한 연소상태로 벗어나 있는 경우, 흡기밸브 및 배기밸브의 밸브타이밍 및 실린더에 대한 연료 분사량 중 적어도 하나에 대한 제어가 실행되어 상기 확인된 실린더 의 연소상태가 소정의 범위로 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적절한 연소상태는 최적점을 포함하며, 연소상태가 가장 격렬한 것으로 확인된 실린더의 연소상태가 상기 최적점으로부터 더욱 격렬한 연소상태로 벗어나 있는 경우, 흡기밸브 및 배기밸브의 밸브타이밍 및 실린더에 대한 연료 분사량 중 적어도 하나에 대한 제어가 실행되어 상기 확인된 실린더의 연소상태가 최적점으로 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 이온 전류센서, 실린더내 압력센서, 및 녹(knock)센서 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모든 실린더의 연소의 억제는 흡기밸브의 밸브타이밍 및 배기밸브의 밸브타이밍 중 적어도 하나를 우선적으로 제어하여 수행되며, 만일 연소상태가 흡기밸브의 밸브타이밍의 제어 및 배기밸브의 밸브타이밍의 제어 중 적어도 하나에 의해 소정의 범위로 이행될 수 없다면, 실린더에 대한 연료분사량의 제어가 추가적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기 상사점 근방에서 흡기밸브 및 배기밸브가 모두 폐쇄되어, 부의(negative) 밸브 오버랩 기간이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 부의 밸브 오버랩 기간의 길이를 변경하기 위하여 흡기밸브의 밸브타이밍의 제어 및 배기밸브의 밸브타이밍의 제어 중 적어도 하나가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 점화장치의 선택적 작동은 부의 밸브 오버랩 기간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 부의 밸브 오버랩 기간 동안, 제어장치가 모든 실린더의 점화장치를 작동시키고, 압축 행정과정 동안에는, 제어장치가 점화장치를 선택적으로 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼합 압축자기착화식 내연기관.
