- 무선단말장치가 무선제어장치가 관리하는 영역 내에 존재할 경우, 무선제어장치에 의해 무선전송로를 거쳐서 통신제어되는 무선단말장치에 있어서,무선제어장치로부터 송신된 통지 정보를 해석하는 해석 수단과,상기 해석 수단의 해석 결과에 근거하여, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 행하도록, 무선제어장치에 요구하는 요구 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,집중제어방식은, 공유하는 무선전송로 상에서 하나의 무선단말장치가 독점적으로 사용할 수 있는 시간영역인 비충돌주기에서 무선제어장치가 통신제어를 행하는 방식이고,분산제어방식은, 미리 정해진 시퀀스를 이용하여 복수의 무선단말장치가 랜덤하게 통신을 행하는 시간영역인 충돌주기에서, 무선제어장치가 통신제어를 행하는 방식이며,통지 정보는, 비충돌주기와 충돌주기를 포함하는 데이터 전송주기 정보가, 데이터 전송프레임 간격으로서 사용되는 것을 통지하는 정보이며,상기 요구 수단은, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보와, 무선전송로에서의 우선 순위를 가리키는 종별정보와, 무선전송로에서 요구되는 통신대역을 가리키는 대역정보를 포함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 해석 수단은, 애플리케이션이 기동하면, 통지 정보의 해석을 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 해석 수단은, 무선단말장치가 무선제어장치에 접속된 후에, 통지 정보의 해석을 주기적으로 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 해석 수단에 의해 주기적으로 실행되는 통지 정보의 해석 결과가 미리 정해진 기간 내에서 변화되었을 경우, 상기 요구 수단이 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포 함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 무선단말장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,요구 메시지는, IEEE802.11e규격의 TS(Traffic Stream)추가 요구 메시지인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 요구 수단은, 통지 정보에 포함되는 데이터 전송 프레임 주기 및 비충돌주기의 최대값인 최대 비충돌기간에 근거하여, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 행하도록, 무선제어장치에 요구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.

- 제2항에 있어서,상기 요구 수단은, 통지 정보에 포함되는 데이터 전송 프레임 간격과, 비충돌주기의 최대값인 최대 비충돌기간과, 실제의 비충돌주기의 평균시간에 근거하여, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 행하도록 무선제어장치에 요구하는 것을 특징으로 무선단말장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,최대 비충돌기간 P와, 데이터 전송프레임 간격 T와, 실제의 비충돌주기의 평균시간 S의 관계가 P=T/2 및 S<T2을 만족할 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 분산제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.

- 제9항에 있어서,최대 비충돌기간 P와, 데이터 전송프레임 간격 T와, 실제의 비충돌주기의 평균 시간 S의 관계가 P=T/2 및 S≥T/2을 만족할 경우, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 선택하는 선택 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 요구 수단은, 상기 선택 수단에 의해 선택된 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보와, 무선전송로에서 요구되는 통신대역을 가리키는 대역정보를 포함하는 제1요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하고,상기 요구 수단에 의해 송신된 제1요구 메시지에 대한 응답 메시지가 무선제어장치로부터 수신되었을 경우, 상기 해석 수단은 그 응답 메시지의 내용을 해석하며,상기 해석 수단에 의한 해석의 결과로서, 제1요구 메시지에 포함된 대역정보 로 가리켜지는 통신대역을 확보할 수 없는 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 상기 선택 수단에 의해 선택되지 않은 다른 제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 제2요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,실제의 비충돌주기의 평균시간은, 통지 정보의 송신이 종료하고, 비충돌주기의 종료를 가리키는 메시지를 검출할 때까지의 시간 주기의 평균인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 요구 수단은, 통지 정보에 포함되는 데이터 전송 프레임 간격과, 비충돌주기의 최대값인 최대 비충돌기간과, 실제의 비충돌주기에 있어서의 폴링 회수에 근거하여, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하도록 무선제어장치에 요구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,최대 비충돌기간 P와, 데이터 전송프레임 간격 T와, 실제의 비충돌주기에 있어서의 폴링 회수 N과, 정수 C간의 관계가 P=T/2 및 P/N<C을 만족할 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 집중제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,최대 비충돌기간 P와, 데이터 전송프레임 간격 T와, 실제의 비충돌주기에 있어서의 폴링 회수 N과, 정수 C간의 관계가 P=T/2 및 P/N>C을 만족할 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 분산제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,최대 비충돌기간 P와, 데이터 전송프레임 간격 T와, 실제의 비충돌주기에 있어서의 폴링 회수 N과, 정수 C간의 관계가 P=T/2 및 P/N=C을 만족할 경우, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 선택하기 위한 선택 수단을 더 구 비하고,상기 요구 수단은, 상기 선택 수단에 의해 선택된 제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보와, 무선전송로에서 요구되는 통신대역을 가리키는 대역정보를 포함하는 제1요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하고,상기 요구 수단에 의해 송신된 제1요구 메시지에 대한 응답 메시지가, 무선제어장치로부터 수신되었을 경우, 상기 해석 수단은 그 응답 메시지의 내용을 해석하고,상기 해석 수단에 의한 해석의 결과로서, 상기 제1요구 메시지에 포함된 대역정보가 가리키는 통신대역을 확보할 수 없었을 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 상기 선택 수단에 의해 선택되지 않은 다른 제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 제2요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,폴링 회수가 미리 정해진 기간 내에서 변화되었을 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 미리 정해진 제어방식을 사용하는 통신제어를 가리키는 액세스제어방식 정보를 포함하는 요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 요구 수단이 요구 메시지를 송신하고, 새로운 통신대역의 확보 처리가 완료한 후, 상기 요구 수단은, 그때까지 사용된 무선전송로의 통신대역을 해제하는 것을 가리키는 통신대역 해제요구 메시지를 무선제어장치에 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,액세스제어방식 정보가 미리 지정되어 있을 경우 또는 통신대역을 장시간 점유 하는 것이 미리 설정되어 있을 경우, 상기 요구 수단은, 미리 정해진 통신방식을 사용하는 통신을 행하도록 무선제어장치에 요구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선단말장치.
- 무선제어장치와, 그 무선제어장치가 관리하는 영역 내에 존재하는 무선단말장치가 무선전송로를 거쳐서 서로 통신하는 무선통신방법으로서,무선제어장치로부터 송신된 정보를 무선단말장치가 해석하는 해석 스텝과,해석 스텝에서의 해석 결과에 근거하여, 집중제어방식 또는 분산제어방식 중 하나의 제어방식을 사용하는 통신을 행하도록 무선단말장치에 요구하는 요구 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선통신방법.
