Description
Claims (6)
- 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 장치로서,병렬로 연결된 복수의 저항(R1, R2, R3)과, 상기 복수의 저항 중 하나의 저항(R1) 양단에 접속되어 그 저항 양단의 전압을 검출하고, 그 검출된 전압을 토대로 배터리 전류량을 적산하는 메인 칩과,상기 메인 칩에서 적산된 배터리 전류량이 미리 정해진 임계치를 초과하는 경우에 다른 저항(R2,R3) 중 하나를 선택하는 멀티플렉서와,상기 복수의 저항에 각각 접속되고, 멀티플렉서의 출력 신호에 의해 온/오프 동작하는 스위치를 포함하는 것인 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 저항은 각각 다른 저항값을 갖는 것인 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 FET와 BJT를 포함하는 것인 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티플렉서는 선택 회로를 포함하는 것인 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 장치.
- 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 방법으로서,복수의 저항 중 하나의 저항 양단의 전압을 검출하는 단계와,상기 검출된 전압을 토대로 배터리 셀의 전류량을 누산하는 단계와,상기 누산된 배터리 셀의 전류량이 미리 정해진 임계치 이상인지 여부를 판단하는 단계와,상기 배터리 셀의 전류량이 미리 정해진 임계치 이상인 경우에 멀티플렉서로 제어 신호를 출력하는 단계와,상기 제어 신호에 따라 멀티플렉서는 상기 저항 이외의 저항들 중 하나에 연결된 스위치를 온시키는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 판단 단계는 상기 누산된 배터리 셀의 전류량이 미리 정해진 임계치보다 작으면 전압 검출 단계로 복귀하는 것인 배터리 셀의 전류량 측정 방법.
