Description
Claims (13)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성된 외부와의 접속용 단자부;상기 접속용 단자부 상에 형성된 절연막; 및상기 접속용 단자부의 표면 일부가 노출되도록 상기 절연막의 일부를 제거하여 형성되어 있고, 상기 절연막 상에 형성되는 배향막을 러빙할 때의 러빙 방향을 따라 연장되는 부분이 곡선으로 된 가장자리를 갖는 개구부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개구부의 개구형상은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개구부의 개구형상은 상기 러빙 방향을 따른 장축을 갖는 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개구부의 개구형상은 상기 러빙 방향으로부터 기울어진 각도를 따른 장축을 갖는 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개구부는 상기 러빙 방향을 따라 서로 연결된 복수의 보조 개구부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 보조 개구부의 개구형상은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가장자리는 상기 러빙 방향을 따라 물결형 (sinuated shape) 으로 연장되는 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가장자리 중 상기 러빙 방향에 교차하는 방향으로 연장되는 부분의 형상은 곡선인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가장자리는 상기 러빙 방향에 대하여 기울어진 방향으로 각각 직선적으로 연재 (延在) 하는 부분을 갖고, 상기 개구부의 개구형상은 상기 직선적으로 연재하는 부분에 의해 둘러싸인 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치.
- 기판 상에 외부와의 접속용 단자부를 형성하는 공정;상기 접속용 단자부 상에 절연막을 형성하는 공정; 및상기 접속용 단자부의 표면 일부가 노출되도록 상기 절연막의 일부를 제거하고, 상기 절연막 상에 형성되는 배향막을 러빙할 때의 러빙 방향을 따라 연장되는 부분이 곡선으로 된 가장자리를 갖는 개구부를 형성하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 절연막 상에 상기 배향막을 형성하는 공정; 및상기 가장자리가 연장되는 방향에 대하여 기울어진 방향으로 러빙 롤을 진행시킴으로써 상기 배향막을 러빙하는 공정을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 개구부를 형성하는 공정에서, 상기 개구부의 개구형상이 원형, 상기 러빙 방향을 따른 장축을 갖는 타원형, 상기 러빙 방향으로부터 기울어진 각도를 따른 장축을 갖는 타원형, 물결형 부분을 포함하는 형상, 또는 복수의 원형을 연결한 형상이 되도록 상기 개구부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기광학장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
