Claims (2)
- 극저주파 전기장 값을 센싱하기 위한 자계 프로브와, 상기 자계 프로브에서 측정 데이터를 수집하여 전송하는 전송보드와, 상기 전송보드로부터 전송된 데이터를 기록 및 처리하도록 마이컴이 마련된 컴퓨터를 갖춘 극저주파 측정시스템에 있어서;상기 자계 프로브(40)는;상기 전송보드(10)와 전기적으로 접속되는 직선상의 연결튜브(41)와;정육면체로 이루어지며, 3개의 모서리가 모이는 일측 첨단부에 상기 연결튜브(41)의 말단이 연결 고정되는 등방성 센싱헤드(42)와;상기 등방성 센싱헤드(42)의 타측 첨단부를 중심으로 인접하는 3면에 각각 마련되며, 가장자리를 따라 코일(45)이 권선된 3개의 보빈(43a)(43b)(43c)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저주파 소형 3축 자계 측정 프로브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보빈(43a)(43b)(43c)들은 상기 등방성 센싱헤드(42)의 외면에 당접하여 배치할 수 있도록 정사각 플레이트 형태로 이루어지며, 가장자리에는 상기 코일(45)을 권선하기 위한 권선홈(44)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 극저주파 소형 3축 자계 측정 프로브.
