Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1 내지 3 중 어느 하나의 모노머, 이들의 올리고머 화합물, 및 이들의 폴리머으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 전계 발광 소자용 화합물:[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3]상기 식에서 X1 내지 X6는 각각 독립적으로 N 또는 CR' (여기에서 R'은 수소, 치환되지 않은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기, 사이클로알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 알콕시기, 아릴기, 및 헤테로아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, X1 및 X2중 적어도 하나, X3 및 X4중 적어도 하나, X5 및 X6중 적어도 하나는 N이고,R1 내지 R18는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 할로겐, -CN, -NO2 , 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 사이클로알킬기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알케닐기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알콕시기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아릴기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 헤테로아릴기, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페노티아진(phenothiazine), 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페녹사진(phenoxazine), 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페녹사틴(phenoxathiin), 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아크리딘(acridine), 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페나자실린(phenazasiline), 치환되거나 치 환되지 않은 9-아자-10-게르마-안트라센(9-aza-10-germa-anthracene), SiR19R20R21 , OR22, NR23R24 및 SR25으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R19 내지 R25는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기, 사이클로알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 알콕시기, 아릴기, 및 헤테로아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머 또는 폴리머는 화학식 1 내지 3의 모노머중 적어도 어느 하나와 화학식 7 또는 8의 모노머의 몰비를 1:0.01 내지 100으로 포함하는 것인 전계발광 소자용 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 화합물이 정공 수송층, 정공 주 입층, 발광층 및 전자 주입층, 및 전자 수송층중 적어도 하나의 층에 포함된 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발광층은 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 화합물 및 공액 이중 결합을 갖는 유기 화합물로서 피도핑 물질보다 에너지갭이 적어 최대 파장치가 상기 화합물보다 적고 에너지 전달이 잘되며 발색단 특성을 갖는 도핑제를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발광층은 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 화합물을 도핑제로 포함하는 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자.
