Claims (5)
- 소정의 고주파 신호를 증폭하기 위한 트랜지스터를 포함하는 고주파 증폭기에 있어서,상기 트랜지스터의 입력단에 입력된 고주파 신호의 이득 손실을 방지함과 아울러 이득 안정도를 증가시키기 위한 저항과 캐패시터가 병렬로 구성된 안정화 회로가 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화 회로가 구비된 고주파 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안정화 회로와 입력단자 사이에 접속되어 상기 입력단자를 통해 제공되는 고주파 신호를 상기 트랜지스터에 임피던스 정합시키기 위한 입력 임피던스 정합부가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화 회로가 구비된 고주파 증폭기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 입력 임피던스 정합부에 접속되어 일정한 전압을 공급하기 위한 제1 바이어스 회로부가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화 회로가 구비된 고주파 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터의 출력단에 직렬로 연결되어 상기 트랜지스터에 의해 증폭된 고주파 신호를 출력단자에 임피던스 정합시키기 위한 출력 임피던스 정합부가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화 회로가 구비된 고주파 증폭기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 출력 임피던스 정합부에 접속되어 일정한 전압을 공급하기 위한 제2 바이어스 회로부가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화 회로가 구비된 고주파 증폭기.
