Claims (8)
- 센서에 제 1 저항(R1) 및 제 2 저항(R2)이 할당되며, 접지(4) 또는 공급 전압(UB)으로의 단락을 검출하기 위한 전압 차 평가에 의해 상기 센서를 모니터링 하는 방법에 있어서,센서의 단자(2, 3)에서 전압(UP, UM)의 합이 검출되고 상기 합은 공급 전압(UB)과 비교되고,공급 전압(UB) 대 상기 검출된 전압의 합의 비율(a)이 형성되고,상기 비율에 대한 값에 의존하여 센서에서의 분로 발생이 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 차 평가에 의해 센서를 모니터링 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 센서에서 UB로의 마이너스 단자(2)에서의 분로 발생은 1/a 로부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 차 평가에 의해 센서를 모니터링 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 센서에서 UB로의 플러스 단자(3)에서의 분로 발생은 1/a 로부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 차 평가에 의해 센서를 모니터링 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.95 ≤a ≤1.05의 값일 경우 분로가 존재하지 않는 것이 추론되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 차 평가에 의해 센서를 모니터링 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a < 0.95 또는 a > 1.05일 경우 상기 센서의 상기 플러스 단자(3) 또는 상기 마이너스 단자(2)에서의 분로가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 차 평가에 의해 센서를 모니터링 하는 방법.
