Abstract
Se revelan métodos y aparatos para la detección de fugas de corriente en un detector de temperatura por resistencia. Un ejemplo de método incluye proporcionar un circuito detector de temperatura por resistencia con un primer circuito de resistencia y un segundo circuito de resistencia, medir una primera tensión en el primer circuito de resistencia en respuesta a la aplicación de una primera corriente al primer circuito de resistencia, medir una segunda tensión en el segundo resistencia en respuesta a la aplicación de una segunda corriente al segundo circuito de resistencia, comparar las tensiones primera y segunda para determinar un valor de diferencia, y determinar de que existe una fuga de corriente en el circuito detector de temperatura por resistencia cuando el valor de la diferencia no se encuentra dentro de un primer intervalo.
