Claims (5)
- 자성체 재료로 이루어지는 프레임(101)의 내부에 고착된 고정 철심(110)과,상기 프레임(101)의 내부에서, 비자성체 재료로 이루어지는 보빈(140)에 의해 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 수용된 가동 철심(120)과, 상기 고정 철심(110)의 상기 가동 철심(120)과의 대향면에 마련되는 기체 출구(111)와, 상기 가동 철심(120)의 상기 기체 출구(111)의 대향면에 마련되는 패킹(150)과, 상기 가동 철심(120)을 상기 고정 철심(110)으로부터 떨어지는 방향으로 가세하기 위한 가세 수단(130)과, 상기 가동 철심(120)이 상기 고정 철심(110)측에 흡착되는 힘을 발생시키기 위한 자기 회로를 형성하기 위해, 자속을 발생시키기 위한 코일체(160)를 구비하는 솔레노이드 에어 밸브에 있어서,상기 가동 철심(120)은 제 1의 지름이 되는 플랜지부(122)와, 제 1의 지름보다도 가는 제 2의 지름이 되는 축부(121)를 가지며,상기 플랜지부(122)에 상기 패킹(150)이 마련됨과 함께, 상기 축부(121)를 둘러싸는 상기 보빈(140)과 상기 프레임(101)의 내주면 사이의 공간에, 상기 코일체(160)를 수용한 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 에어 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플랜지부(122)의 외주 측면과 상기 프레임(101)의 내주면 사이에, 상기 보빈(140)의 연장부 영역(143)이 연장되도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노 이드 에어 밸브
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보빈(140)은, 상기 가동 철심(120)의 축부(121)에 따라 마련되는 축부 영역(141)과, 상기 축부(121)로부터 상기 플랜지부(122)에 따라 마련되는 플랜지부 영역(142)과, 상기 플랜지부(122)의 외주 측면에 따라 마련되는 상기 연장부 영역(143)과, 상기 플랜지부 영역(142)과는 반대측의 영역에서, 상기 프레임(101)의 내주면을 따라 마련되는 프레임 커버 영역(144)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 에어 밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 프레임(101)은, 프레임 본체(102)와, 한쪽의 단부를 막는 프레임 커버(103)를 가지며,상기 프레임 커버(103)에는, 개구부(103a)가 마련되고, 이 개구부(103a)로부터, 상기 가동 철심(120)의 상기 축부(121)의 단부가 바깥쪽을 향하여 돌출하도록 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 에어 밸브.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 보빈(140)의 상기 축부 영역(141)과, 상기 프레임 커버 영역(144)과의 교차 영역에는, 상기 프레임 커버(103)측으로 돌출하는 볼록부(141a)가 마련되고,상기 프레임 커버(103)에는, 이 볼록부(141a)를 받아들이는 오목부(103b)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 에어 밸브.
