Description
上記構成からなるソレノイドエアーバルブ100において、コイル体160に電流を流すと、図2に示すように、可動鉄心120のフランジ部122において、ゴムパッキン150の周りに十分な磁極面積が確保されていることから、磁気抵抗が小さくなり、固定鉄心110に向かう磁束Mの流れをスムーズなものとしている。また、可動鉄心120のフランジ部122の外周側面に非磁性体の材質で構成されたボビン140の側部領域143を延在させることで、磁束Mを確実に固定鉄心110側に向かうように案内している。

(磁気抵抗:R、ギャップ間距離:L、磁極面積:S、空気の比透磁率:μ0)
この式(1)から、磁気抵抗Rを小さくして磁気回路の効率を高めるには磁極面積(S)を大きくし、駆動力を確保する必要があることがわかる。本願発明は、ソレノイドエアーバルブの小型化を進めるにあたり、これに着目して、コイル体積を確保するため可動鉄心120の径(φ1)を細くしても、固定電極に対向する磁極面積を減少することなく、ニップル112を閉じるための駆動力が十分確保できるよう、可動鉄心120を軸部121とフランジ部122とからなるフランジ型にすることによって実現している。
Claims (1)
- 磁性体材料からなるフレームの内部に固着された固定鉄心と、
前記フレームの内部において、非磁性体材料からなるボビンにより軸方向に移動可能に収容された可動鉄心と、前記固定鉄心の前記可動鉄心との対向面に設けられる気体出口と、前記可動鉄心の前記気体出口の対向面に設けられるパッキンと、前記可動鉄心を前記固定鉄心から離れる方向に付勢するための付勢手段と、前記可動鉄心が前記固定鉄心側に吸着される力を発生させるための磁気回路を形成するため、磁束を発生させるためのコイル体と、を備えるソレノイドエアーバルブであって、
前記可動鉄心は、第1の径からなるフランジ部と、第1の径よりも細い第2の径からなる軸部とを有し、
前記フランジ部に前記パッキンが設けられるとともに、前記軸部を取囲む前記ボビンの外周面と前記フレームの内周面との間の空間に、前記コイル体を収容し、
前記ボビンは、前記軸部に沿って設けられる軸部領域と、前記フランジ部に沿って設けられるフランジ部領域と、前記フランジ部の外周側面に沿って設けられる側部領域と含み、
前記フランジ部の外周側面と前記フレームの内周面との間に、前記ボビンの前記側部領域が延在するように設けられる、ソレノイドエアーバルブ。
