Claims (4)
- 질량%로,C: 0.010 내지 0.080%,Si: 0.02 내지 1.00%,Mn: 1.10 내지 2.90%,P: 0 내지 0.030%,S: 0 내지 0.010%,Al: 0.20% 이하,Ni: 0.40 내지 2.40%,Cr: 0.50 내지 1.95%,Mo: 0.16 내지 1.10%,Ti: 0.002 내지 0.030%,N: 0.0058 내지 0.0120%를 포함하고,1.0≤[Ti]/[N]<4.0이며,잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 또한 하기 식으로 정의되는 AS값 및 DL값이 AS≥ 3.60, DL≤ 2.80이며, 조직이 주로 베이니틱·페라이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접열 영향부의 인성이 우수한 고강도 강판.AS = [Mn]+[Ni] + 2×[Cu]DL = 2.5×[Mo] + 30×[Nb] + 10×[V](단, 상기에서 [X]는 원소 X의 함유량(질량%)을 나타낸다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Cu: 1.60% 이하를 추가로 포함하는 고강도 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,B: 0.0050% 이하, Nb: 0.100% 이하 및 V: 0.060% 미만 중 어느 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 고강도 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ca 및 REM 중 1종 또는 2종을 합계 0.0050% 이하로 추가로 포함하는 고강도 강재.
