- 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스와 산소를 주입하면서 연소시켜 고온의 증기와 이산화탄소를 생성하는 산화반응실과, 상기 산화반응실로부터 열량을 전달받아 적어도 1200℃를 넘는 온도를 유지하면서 고분자 유기물을 유입시켜 상기 산화반응실에서 유입된 수증기와 이산화탄소와 환원 반응시킴으로써 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스를 생성하는 환원반응실과, 상기 고분자 유기물을 상기 환원반응실로 투입하는 유기물 투입장치와, 상기 환원반응실로부터 생성된 합성가스의 일부를 상기 산화반응실로 재순환시키는 합성가스 유입관으로 구성되어 촉매없이 1200℃ 이상에서 모든 탄화물질(carbonaceous material)이 개질되게 하는 개질기에 있어서,상기 환원반응실의 하부 측벽에는 상기 환원반응실의 길이방향에 직각되는 방향으로 상기 산화반응실을 위치시키되, 상기 산화반응실의 후위에는 상기 합성가스 유입관의 유입측을 연결하고, 상기 합성가스 유입관의 유입측 주위에는 산소주입관을 연결하며, 상기 산화반응실의 중간부위에는 점화플러그를 구비하여 상기 산화반응실이 합성가스버너를 이루도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기물 투입장치는 상기 환원반응실의 직하부에 위치되어 투입부가 상기 환원반응실의 바닥부와 관을 통해 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 환원반응실의 내벽은 10㎜ 두께의 캐스터블 세라믹(castable ceramics)으로 조형되고, 그 외부에는 3㎜의 스테인리스 스틸재의 외부쉘이 형성되며, 상기 외부쉘과 상기 환원반응실 내벽의 사이에는 100∼150㎜의 캐스터블(castables) 및/또는 석면섬유(rockwool fiber)로 조형(mold)된 단열재가 채워져 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 개질기.
- 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스를 투입하고, 산소를 주입하여 고온의 증기와 이산화탄소와 함께 전기에너지를 생산하는 연료전지로 된 산화반응부;밀폐된 통형상으로 되고, 그 외부에는 상기 산화반응부로부터 생산된 전기에너지를 공급받아 발열하여 내부를 적어도 1200℃를 넘는 온도로 유지하는 전기히터가 설치되며, 하단부로는 고분자 유기물이 투입되고 측방으로는 상기 산화반응부로부터 생성된 증기와 고온의 이산화탄소가 주입되어 환원반응을 통해 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스를 생성하는 환원반응부; 및상기 환원반응부로부터 생성된 합성가스를 열교환기를 통해 식힌 후 저장하면서 그 일부를 합성가스 유입관을 통해 산화반응부(연료전지)로 재순환시키는 합성가스 저장부를 포함하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 개질기.
- 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스와 산소를 주입하면서 연소시켜 고온의 증기와 이산화탄소를 생성하는 산화반응실과, 상기 산화반응실로부터 열량을 전달받아 적어도 1200℃를 넘는 온도를 유지하면서 고분자 유기물을 유입시켜 상기 산화반응실에서 유입된 수증기와 이산화탄소와 환원 반응시킴으로써 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스를 생성하는 환원반응실과, 상기 고분자 유기물을 상기 환원반응실로 투입하는 유기물 투입장치와, 상기 환원반응실로부터 생성된 합성가스의 일부를 상기 산화반응실로 재순환시키는 합성가스 유입관으로 구성되어 촉매없이 1200℃ 이상에서 모든 탄화물질(carbonaceous material)이 개질되게 하는 개질기에 있어서,상기 환원반응실의 하부 측벽에는 상기 환원반응실의 길이방향에 직각되는 방향으로 상기 산화반응실을 위치시키되, 상기 산화반응실의 후위에는 물을 전기분해하여 수소와 산소가 화학당량비 2:1의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 브라운가스를 생성하는 브라운가스 제너레이터를 구비하며, 상기 브라운가스 제너레이터와 상기 산화반응실을 브라운가스 주입관을 통해 연결하여 상기 산화반응실이 브라운가스 버너를 이루도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 개질기.
