Claims (11)
- 수지의 총 중량을 기준으로 90 내지 99.9 wt% 의 폴리에틸렌, 및 블렌드의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10 wt% 의 이오노머를 포함한 압력 파이프 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다중모드, 바람직하게는 이중모드인 압력 파이프 수지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, (a) 0.930 g/㎤ 이하의 밀도를 갖는 고 분자량 분획 35 내지 60 wt% 및 0.965 g/㎤ 이상의 밀도를 갖는 저 분자량 분획 40 내지 65 wt% 를 포함한 폴리에틸렌 수지와, (b) 블렌드의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10 wt% 인 이오노머의 블렌드로부터 형성시킨 압력 파이프 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블렌드 내 이오노머의 양이 블렌드의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 6 wt%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 5 wt% 인 수지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 블렌드 내 이오노머의 양이 블렌드의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 2 wt% 인 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이오노머가 폴리에틸렌 골격 을 가지며 0.930 g/㎤ 이상의 밀도를 갖는 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이오노머가 에틸렌 및 말레산 무수물 공중합체의 그래프트된 금속 염인 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지는 고 분자량의 제 1 폴리에틸렌 분획 35 내지 49 wt%, 및 저 분자량의 제 2 폴리에틸렌 분획 51 내지 65 wt% 를 포함하는데, 상기 제 1 폴리에틸렌 분획은 0.928 g/㎤ 이하의 밀도 및 0.6 g/1O 분 미만의 HLMI 를 갖는 선형 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 제 2 폴리에틸렌 분획은 0.969 g/㎤ 이상의 밀도 및 100 g/1O 분 초과의 MI2 를 갖는 고 밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하며, 폴리에틸렌 수지는 0.940 g/㎤ 초과의 밀도 및 1 내지 100 g/1O 분의 HLMI 를 갖는 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 수지를 포함한 압력 파이프.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, ISO 9080 에 따라 97.5 % 신뢰 수준에서 10 MPa 이상 (PE 100) 의 외삽된 20 ℃/50 년 응력을 갖는 압력 파이프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 수지의 압력 파이프에서의 용도.
