Claims (6)
- 베어링 하우징,제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 회전축 외면으로부터 소정의 간극을 유지하면서 상기 회전축 외주를 따라 연장된 자유단으로 되어 있는 제1 포일, 그리고상기 제1 포일과 상기 베어링 하우징 사이에서 상기 제1 포일을 따라 연장되는 다공성 금속재료로 된 제2 포일을 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일과 상기 베어링 하우징 사이에 위치하며 제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하는 제3 포일을 더 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일과 상기 베어링 하우징 사이에 위치하며 제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하는 범프 포일을 더 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일과 상기 제3 포일 사이에 위치하며 제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하는 범프 포일을 더 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일은 다공성을 갖도록 금속 칩을 압착 성형하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 금속은 스프링강 및 주철을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나의 재료인 공기 포일 베어링.
