Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承。该静压气体径向轴承包括轴承基座、弹性波箔、轴承内圈、内圈定位销和固定垫片。轴承基座上开设有固定槽,弹性波箔通过固定垫片焊接在固定槽内;轴承基座与轴承内圈沿圆周方向均匀设置有一定数量的节流孔,侧面均开有定位槽;内圈定位销位于定位槽内,可防止轴承内圈沿圆周方向转动。本发明加设了弹性波箔和轴承内圈,弹性波箔可以起到弹性支撑作用,允许轴具有更大的振动幅度,提高了轴承的稳定性和抗冲击性;轴承内圈方便更换,降低了成本;同时轴承基座和轴承内圈上开设的多排均布节流孔可以提高供气均匀性;双层节流孔结构可以减小打孔深度,降低加工难度。

Description

一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承
技术领域
本发明属于气体轴承及高速旋转机械领域,具体涉及一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承。
背景技术
静压气体径向轴承具有振动小、旋转精度高、摩擦损耗小、寿命长和对环境无污染等优点,广泛应用于航空航天工业、半导体工业、超精密加工设备和精密测量设备中。轴承刚度是静压气体径向轴承的主要性能指标,是确保轴承精度的关键。静压气体轴承的承载能力和刚度与节流形式、供气压力以及支撑的结构形式有关。静压气体轴承的节流方式主要是小孔节流、狭缝节流、表面节流和多孔质节流等。目前国内对上述几种节流方式都有着不同程度的研究和应用,其中小孔供气静压气体轴承一般采用较小孔径的节流孔和较小的轴承间隙,使气体在经过节流孔和轴承间隙过程中发生较强的节流效应,从而有利于轴承刚度的提高。应用广泛的小孔节流静压气体径向轴承刚度较高,但是其承载力较低,稳定性较差。目前,通常是通过高供气压力来提高小孔节流静压气体径向轴承的承载力,但是小孔节流静压气体径向轴承在高供气压力时容易出现气锤振动,从而导致轴承失效,这极大制约了轴承承载能力的提升。同时,在主轴高速旋转的情况下,如果遇到外界冲击和扰动,转子失稳时,主轴与轴承之间会发生烧结和粘连,造成主轴和轴承严重磨损甚至毁坏,严重影响设备的安全和稳定运行。
基于现有的一些研究难点,我们发明了一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承。相比于传统的静压气体径向轴承,本发明加设了弹性波箔和轴承内圈,弹性波箔可以起到弹性支撑作用,允许轴具有更大的振动幅度,提高了轴承的稳定性和抗冲击性;轴承内圈方便更换,降低了成本;同时轴承基座和轴承内圈上开设的多排均布节流孔可以提高供气均匀性;双层节流孔结构可以减小打孔深度,降低加工难度,使得轴承具有更高的适应性。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,对轴承支撑的结构形式以及节流形式进行了改进,加设了弹性波箔和轴承内圈,弹性波箔可以起到弹性支撑作用,允许轴具有更大的振动幅度,提高了轴承的稳定性和抗冲击性;轴承内圈方便更换,降低了成本;同时轴承基座和轴承内圈上开设的多排均布节流孔可以提高供气均匀性;双层节流孔结构可以减小打孔深度,降低加工难度,使得轴承具有更高的适应性。本发明的技术方案如下。
本发明的一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,包括轴承基座、弹性波箔、轴承内圈、内圈定位销和固定垫片。轴承基座上开设有固定槽,弹性波箔通过固定垫片焊接在固定槽内;轴承基座与轴承内圈沿圆周方向均匀设置有一定数量的节流孔,侧面开有定位槽;内圈定位销位于定位槽内,可对轴承基座和轴承内圈的节流孔进行定位,同时防止轴承内圈沿圆周方向转动;轴承内圈直径略大于主轴直径,从而形成轴承间隙;制作好的轴承基座、弹性波箔和轴承内圈依次叠加。
所述的轴承基座沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的节流孔,大孔孔径为2~4mm,小孔孔径为1~2mm,孔数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,轴承基座节流孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置。
所述的弹性波箔为金属波箔型,波箔箔片沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的通孔,孔径为1~2mm,数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,箔片通孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置,箔片通孔与轴承基座节流孔对齐布置。
所述的弹性波箔的箔片宽度小于轴承基座宽度,差值为2~4mm,压制的箔片高度为0.2~0.7mm,波拱数为8~50个。
所述的轴承内圈沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的节流孔,大孔孔径为1~2mm,小孔孔径为0.2~1mm,孔数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,轴承内圈节流孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置,轴承内圈节流孔与轴承基座节流孔对齐布置。
所述的轴承内圈宽度略小于轴承基座宽度,差值不超过1mm,轴承内圈内径略大于主轴直径,差值均为0.02mm~0.2mm。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明的目的、技术方案及优点,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承。该静压气体径向轴承包括轴承基座1、弹性波箔2、轴承内圈3、内圈定位销4和固定垫片5。其中,弹性波箔2是先将金属片打上一定数量的小孔,孔径为1~2mm,数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,箔片通孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置,再在模具上压制成为波箔型弹性支撑箔片。波箔通孔与轴承基座节流孔对齐布置,之后通过固定垫片5焊接在轴承基座1的固定槽12内。
如图2所示,弹性波箔2通过固定垫片5焊接在轴承基座1的固定槽12内,箔片侧面21与轴承基座侧面13重合。内圈定位销4位于轴承基座定位槽14和轴承内圈定位槽32处,可对轴承基座和轴承内圈的节流孔进行定位,同时可防止轴承内圈沿圆周方向转动;将制作好的轴承基座1、弹性波箔2和轴承内圈3按照如图2所示的排列方式依次叠加。
如图3所示,弹性波箔2的箔片宽度小于轴承基座1宽度,差值为2~4mm,压制的箔片高度为0.2~0.7mm,波拱数为8~50个;轴承内圈3宽度略小于轴承基座1的宽度,差值不超过1mm;轴承内圈3内径略大于主轴直径,差值均为0.02mm~0.2mm。弹性波箔2分别与轴承基座1的内圈和轴承内圈3的外圈接触,起到弹性支承和缓冲振动的作用。
如图4所示,轴承基座1沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的节流孔11,大孔孔径为2~4mm,小孔孔径为1~2mm,孔数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,轴承基座节流孔11在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置。轴承基座1的侧面15开设有轴承基座定位槽14。
如图5所示,轴承内圈3沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的节流孔31,大孔孔径为1~2mm,小孔孔径为0.2~1mm,孔数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,轴承内圈节流孔31在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置,轴承内圈节流孔与轴承基座节流孔对齐布置。轴承内圈3的侧面33开设有轴承内圈定位槽32。

Claims (6)

1.一种带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承包括轴承基座、弹性波箔、轴承内圈、内圈定位销和固定垫片;轴承基座上开设有固定槽,弹性波箔通过固定垫片焊接在固定槽内;轴承基座与轴承内圈沿圆周方向均匀设置有一定数量的节流孔,侧面均开有定位槽;内圈定位销位于定位槽内,可对轴承基座和轴承内圈的节流孔进行定位,同时防止轴承内圈沿圆周方向转动;轴承内圈直径略大于主轴直径,从而形成轴承间隙;制作好的轴承基座、弹性波箔和轴承内圈依次叠加。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,其特征在于,所述的轴承基座沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的节流孔,大孔孔径为2~4mm,小孔孔径为1~2mm,孔数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,轴承基座节流孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,其特征在于,所述的弹性波箔为金属波箔型,波箔箔片沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的通孔,孔径为1~2mm,数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,箔片通孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置,箔片通孔与轴承基座节流孔对齐布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,其特征在于,所述的弹性波箔的箔片宽度小于轴承基座宽度,差值为2~4mm,压制的箔片高度为0.2~0.7mm,波拱数为8~50个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有弹性波箔支撑的静压气体径向轴承,其特征在于,所述的轴承内圈沿圆周方向均匀设置有数个结构相同的节流孔,大孔孔径为1~2mm,小孔孔径为0.2~1mm,孔数目为4~14个,设有1~4列,轴承内圈节流孔在轴向方向可等距布置也可以变距布置,轴承内圈节流孔与轴承基座节流孔对齐布置。
