Claims (2)
- 투명 폴리카보네이트 원료를 금형틀 사출기를 이용하여 투명 폴리카보네이트 베이스 커버(1)를 용융사출 생성하고,상기와 같이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이트 베이스 커버(1)의 내면에 꽃, 식물, 수목 등의 실체 사물을 태양 자외선에 탈색되지 않도록 UV코팅하고,상기와 UV코팅 처리된 실체 사물을 투명 FRP 경화수지을 이용하여, 투명 FRP 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)을 생성하며,상기와 같이 투명 FRP 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이드 베이스 커버(1)에 냉음극형광램프(3) 및 인버터(4)와 태양 전지판(5), 니켈카드늄 축전지(6), 조도 센서(7)를 조립하여 된, 실체 수목 투명 몰드 야광 조경 경관 베이스 커버 및 그 제조방법.
- 투명 폴리카보네이트 원료를 금형틀 사출기를 이용하여 투명 폴리카보네이트 베이스 커버(12)를 베이서 커버(12-1)와 베이스 커버(12-2)로 용융사출 생성하고,상기와 같이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이트 베이스 커버(12)의 내면에 꽃, 식물, 수목 등의 실체 사물을 태양 자외선에 탈색되지 않도록 UV코팅하고,상기와 UV코팅 처리된 실체 사물을 투명 FRP 경화수지을 이용하여, 투명 FRP 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)을 생성하며,상기와 같이 투명 FRP 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이드 베이스 커버(1)에 냉음극형광램프(3) 및 인버터(4)와 태양 전지판(5), 니켈카드늄 축전지(6), 조도 센서(7)를 조립하고,구분된 베이스 커버(12-1)와 베이스 커버(12-2)를 볼트(13)와 너트(14)로 결합하여서 된, 실체 수목 투명 몰드 야광 조경 경관 베이스 커버 및 그 제조방법.
