Claims (4)
- 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 원료를 금형틀 사출기를 이용하여 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 베이스커버(Base Cover)(1)를 용융사출 생성하고,상기와 같이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 베이스커버(Base Cover)(1)의 내면에 꽃, 식물, 수목 등의 실체 사물을 태양 자외선에 탈색되지 않도록 UV코팅(UltraViolet Coating, 자외선 방지코팅)하고,상기와 UV코팅(UltraViolet Coating, 자외선 방지코팅) 처리된 실체 사물을 투명 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic, 섬유강화플라스틱) 경화수지을 이용하여, 투명 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic, 섬유강화플라스틱) 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)을 생성하며,상기와 같이 투명 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic, 섬유강화플라스틱) 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 베이스커버(Base Cover)(1)에 냉음극형광램프(CCFL, Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp)(3) 및 인버터(Inverter)(4)와 태양 전지판(5), 니켈카드늄(Ni-Cd) 축전지(6), 조도 센서(7)를 조립하여 된, 실체 수목 투명 몰드(Mold) 야광 조경 경관 베이스커버(Base Cover)의 제조방법.
- 상기한 청구항 1의 제조 방법으로 제작한 실체 수목 투명 몰드(Mold) 야광 조경 경관 베이스커버(Base Cover).
- 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 원료를 금형틀 사출기를 이용하여 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 베이스커버(Base Cover)(12)를 베이스커버(Base Cover)(12-1)와 베이스커버(Base Cover)(12-2)로 용융사출 생성하고,상기와 같이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이트(PolyCarbonate) 베이스커버(Base Cover)(12)의 내면에 꽃, 식물, 수목 등의 실체 사물을 태양 자외선에 탈색되지 않도록 UV코팅(UltraViolet Coating, 자외선 방지코팅)하고,상기와 UV코팅(UltraViolet Coating, 자외선 방지코팅) 처리된 실체 사물을 투명 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic, 섬유강화플라스틱) 경화수지을 이용하여, 투명 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic, 섬유강화플라스틱) 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)을 생성하며,상기와 같이 투명 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic, 섬유강화플라스틱) 경화수지 실체 수목 조경층(2)이 생성된 투명 폴리카보네이드(PolyCarbonate) 베이스커버(Base Cover)(1)에 냉음극형광램프(CCFL, Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp)(3) 및 인버터(Inverter)(4)와 태양 전지판(5), 니켈카드늄(Ni-Cd) 축전지(6), 조도 센서(7)를 조립하고,구분된 베이스커버(Base Cover)(12-1)와 베이스커버(Base Cover)(12-2)를 볼트(Bolt)(13)와 너트(Nut)(14)로 결합하여서 된, 실체 수목 투명 몰드(Mold) 야광 조경 경관 베이스커버(Base Cover)의 제조방법.
- 상기한 청구항 3의 제조 방법으로 제작한 실체 수목 투명 몰드(Mold) 야광 조경 경관 베이스커버(Base Cover).
