本实用新型公开了一种LED室外灯，包括灯罩和底板，底板固定有驱动LED的线路板及LED；灯罩盖在底板上，将线路板及LED密闭在其中；灯罩的开口侧罩体分为内沿和外沿，内沿低于外沿；所述灯罩盖在底板上是底板置于灯罩内沿上、并固定；底板上安装有用于将LED室外灯固定在其他物体上的固定件。LED室外灯通常是安装在垂直于地面的物体上的，如墙壁、高速公路护栏，这样，由于本实用新型LED室外灯，其底板置于灯罩内沿、并固定，而灯罩的开口侧罩体分为内沿和外沿，内沿低于外沿，即底座嵌入在灯罩内，连接处即密封口对着墙壁等安装物体，不易渗水，防水效果提高。

本实用新型涉及一种LED室外灯。
背景技术
传统的LED室外灯，如2005年10月12日公布的、授权公告号为CN2733165Y、名称为“LED护栏灯”的中国实用新型专利公布的LED护栏灯，包括依次设置的面壳、底座和安装板，面壳为中空结构，在其中空处容置有线路板，在面壳一侧设置有开口并固定在该底座上，该底座上设有凹槽，该凹槽底部容置有镇流器，该镇流器和该凹槽底部之间通过小密封圈密封，在该凹槽底部容置镇流器处开设有出线孔；该底座和面壳之间设置有大密封圈；然后在面壳两侧的平板部上设置槽体，槽体中央设置有若干安装孔，通过该槽体中的安装孔将利用螺钉与底座固定。这种形式的LED室外灯，在安装时，通常需要先安装安装板，然后将底座、LED驱动的线路板以及LED固定，最后将面壳，更为常用叫法为灯罩盖上去，即通常用螺钉将灯罩的边缘部分固定在底座上，完成安装。由于灯罩与底座的密封口裸露在外，防水效果不是很理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种防水效果更为理想的LED室外灯。
为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型的LED室外灯，包括灯罩和底板；底板固定有驱动LED的线路板及LED；灯罩盖在底板上，将线路板及LED密闭在其中；
其特征在于，灯罩的开口侧罩体分为内沿和外沿，内沿低于外沿；所述灯罩盖在底板上是底板置于灯罩内沿上、并固定；
底板上安装有用于将LED室外灯固定在其他物体上的固定件。
本实用新型的发明目的是这样实现的：
LED室外灯通常是安装在垂直于地面的物体上的，如墙壁、高速公路护栏，这样，由于本实用新型LED室外灯，其底板置于灯罩内沿、并固定，而灯罩的开口侧罩体分为内沿和外沿，内沿低于外沿，即底座嵌入在灯罩内，连接处即密封口对着墙壁等安装物体，不易渗水，防水效果提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型LED室外灯具体实施方式进行详细的说明，以使所述技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本实用新型。需要提醒注意的是，尽管相似部件出现在不同附图中，但它们被赋予相似的参考数字标记。此外，在以下的描述中，当采用的已知功能和设计的详细描述也许会淡化本发明的主题内容时，这些描述在这儿将被忽略。
图1是本实用新型LED室外灯一种具体实施方式的结构图。
如图1，在本实施例中，LED室外灯包括灯罩1和底板2；底板2固定有驱动LED的线路板3及LED(未画出)；灯罩1盖在底板2上，将线路板3及LED密闭在其中。灯罩1的开口侧罩体分为内沿101和外沿102，内沿101低于外沿102。灯罩1盖在底板2上是底板2置于灯罩1内沿101上、并固定。在本实施例中，采用强力粘胶将底板2粘贴固定在灯罩1内沿101上以及灯罩1外沿102壁上。
在本实施例中，底板2固定有驱动LED的线路板3及LED的一侧为内侧，其外侧上安装有用于将LED室外灯固定在其他物体上的固定件，即安装板4。
图2是图1所示灯罩的结构图。
如图2所示，在本实施例中，LED室外灯的灯罩1为正方形的盒子，其开口侧罩体分为内沿101和外沿102，内沿101低于外沿102，形成一个台阶，用于放置底板2。在本实施中，灯罩1采用不饱和聚酯树脂制成，如：人造大理石，使LED室外灯发出的光均匀、柔和，另外，还克服了现有PC塑料管材制成的灯罩容易在室外容易老化的缺点。LED室外灯的灯罩1在具体实施过程中，也可以根据需要设计为圆形、花瓣形、菱形、条形等多种形状。
图3是图1所示底板的结构图。其中，图3a是底板内侧面的结构图，图3a是底板外侧面的结构图。
如图3所示，在本实施例中，底板2上有一走线通孔201，用于LED室外灯电源线或其他控制线的走线，即向驱动LED的线路板3供电电源线或其他控制线从该走线通孔201穿入，提供电源或控制其发光。在本实施例中，由于走线通孔201开在底板2上，LED室外灯的电源线或其他控制线可以隐蔽在后面，使得布线外观整齐，美观。
如图3a所示，在底板2的内侧面的四个角上有用于固定驱动LED的线路板3及LED的螺孔202，螺孔202内壁上有螺纹，用螺钉将驱动LED的线路板3及LED固定在底板2上。
如图3b所示，在底板2的外侧面的四边缘中间位置有用于固定安装板4的螺孔203，螺孔203内壁上有螺纹，用螺钉将安装板4固定在底板2上。
图4是图1所示安装板的结构图。
如图4所示，在本实施例中，安装板4上也有一走线通孔401，其与底板2上有一走线通孔201在同一位置，其作用同底板2的走线通孔201。
图4所示的是安装板4的内侧面的结构。如图4所示，在本实施例中，安装板4上与底板2对应位置有用于固定安装板4的四个穿孔403，用螺钉穿过四个穿孔403，旋紧在底板2外侧的螺孔203上，从而将安装板4固定在底板2上。
如图4所示，在本实施例中，安装板4上有四个螺杆安装孔402，螺杆安装孔402为内侧大、外侧小的六边形通孔，螺杆安装孔402的内侧放置螺母，螺杆从外侧穿入，并旋紧在螺母上，从而通过螺杆将LED室外灯固定在其他物体上。
在具体实施过程中，各走线通孔、安装孔、穿孔、螺孔、螺杆安装孔的具体位置，可以发生变化，但其构思一致，则认为是相同的。
在本实施例中，底板2、灯罩1、线路板3及LED、安装板4的装配固定都可以在生产线上进行，然后作为一个完整的LED室外灯直接通过安装板4便可以固定在其他物体，如栏杆、护栏上，便于安装维护。
在本实施例中，LED室外灯为护栏灯，功率很小，一般在2～3瓦，可以采用一个太阳能控制器或风能控制器与多个护栏灯相连接。白天，护栏灯内的太阳能光电板吸收日光后通过光电转换向蓄电池充电，夜晚，由蓄电池向电路提供电能，通过线路板内控制电路的设定使LED按一定的程序发光，具有无功耗、不用布置照明线路的特点，可广泛地应用于高架路、立交桥、城市道路、构筑物的栏杆或护栏上，作为警示、装饰照明和夜景工程等用途。
尽管上面对本实用新型说明性的具体实施方式进行了描述，但应当清楚，本实用新型不限于具体实施方式的范围，对本技术领域的普通技术人员来讲，只要各种变化在所附的权利要求限定和确定的本实用新型的精神和范围内，这些变化是显而易见的，一切利用本发明构思的发明创造均在保护之列。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED室外灯，包括灯罩和底板；底板固定有驱动LED的线路板及LED；灯罩盖在底板上，将线路板及LED密闭在其中；
其特征在于，灯罩的开口侧罩体分为内沿和外沿，内沿低于外沿；所述灯罩盖在底板上是底板置于灯罩内沿上、并固定；
底板上安装有用于将LED室外灯固定在其他物体上的固定件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED室外灯，其特征在于，所述的灯罩采用不饱和聚酯树脂制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED室外灯，其特征在于，所述的底板上有一走线通孔，用于LED室外灯电源线或其他控制线的走线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED室外灯，其特征在于，所述的底板置于灯罩内沿上、并采用强力粘胶将底板粘贴固定在灯罩内沿上以及灯罩外沿壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED室外灯，其特征在于，所述的固定件为安装板，在底板的外侧面有用于固定安装板的螺孔，螺孔内壁上有螺纹；
安装板上与底板对应位置有用于固定安装板的四个穿孔，用螺钉穿过四个穿孔，旋紧在底板外侧的螺孔上，从而将安装板固定在底板上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED室外灯，其特征在于，所述的固定件为安装板，安装板上有螺杆安装孔，螺杆安装孔为内侧大、外侧小的六边形通孔，螺杆安装孔的内侧放置螺母，螺杆从外侧穿入，并旋紧在螺母上，从而通过螺杆将LED室外灯固定在其他物体上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的LED室外灯，其特征在于，所述的安装板上也有一走线通孔，用于LED室外灯电源线或其他控制线的走线。
