Claims (12)
- 양극판과 음극판과 세퍼레이터 및 상기 음극판과 양극판에 각각 결합되는 양극탭과 음극탭을 구비하는 전극조립체와, 캡플레이트와 절연플레이트와 전극단자 및 터미널플레이트를 포함하는 캡조립체를 포함하는 리튬이온 이차전지에 있어서,상기 음극탭은상기 터미널플레이트에 접촉되는 부분에 적어도 2개의 돌기가 형성되어 상기 돌기가 상기 터미널플레이트에 용접되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 돌기는 상기 음극탭의 후면이 압입되어 형성되는 엠보싱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱은 단면이 원형 또는 타원형 또는 다각형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱은 지름 또는 폭이 1.0mm이내로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리 튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱은 선형 또는 매트릭스 형상으로 배열되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 각 엠보싱은 서로 적어도 1.0mm로 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 돌기는 상기 음극탭의 전면에 도전팁이 부착되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 도전팁은 니켈 금속보다 전지저항이 높은 금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 도전팁은 인바합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전 지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 도전팁은 폭 또는 지름이 1.0mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극탭은상기 캡플레이트에 접촉되는 부분에 적어도 2개의 양극돌기가 형성되며, 상기 돌기가 상기 캡플레이트에 용접되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 양극돌기는제 2항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 돌기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
