Claims (4)
- 쇽 업소버의 피스톤 로드와 실린더의 외부에 각각 고정된 어퍼 및 로어 스프링 시트와, 상기 어퍼 및 로어 스프링 시트에 의해 상/하측이 지지되는 코일 스프링 및, 상기 피스톤 로드의 상단부에 끼워져 상기 실린더의 상승시 접촉되는 우레탄재의 범퍼 스토퍼를 갖춘 자동차의 현가 장치에 있어서,상기 범퍼 스토퍼는 상기 피스톤 로드에 끼워지면서 상기 어퍼 스프링 시트의 하부에 설치된 상부 범퍼 스토퍼와, 상기 피스톤 로드에 끼워지면서 상기 실린더의 상단부에 고정된 하우징내에 설치된 하부 범퍼 스토퍼로 분할되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 장치의 범퍼 스토퍼 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부 범퍼 스토퍼는 상기 어퍼 스프링 시트의 저면에 상단부가 지지되고, 상기 하우징의 상부면에 하단부가 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 장치의 범퍼 스토퍼 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부 범퍼 스토퍼는 상기 하우징의 상측 내주면에 상단부가 지지되고, 상기 피스톤 로드의 외측에 돌출된 걸림턱에 하단부가 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 장치의 범퍼 스토퍼 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하부 범퍼 스토퍼는 전장을 따라 굴곡진 형태의 다수의 주름부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 장치의 범퍼 스토퍼 구조.
